The Habit has something for just about everybody including vegetarians. I've always enjoyed their food here and this particular habit has a nice outdoor seating so during that spring summer and fall months it's quite nice. And this particular habit is in a shopping center that has other food places as well. I always recommend the habit. Pricing wise is average to most restaurants of its kind. This is a walk up order restaurant.

I came in for lunch today and Lucy took my order. She communicated so well with the older lady in front of me who did not seem to speak English very well and took my order quickly and efficiently considering the lady in front of me held up the line. I really appreciated her attitude and helpful service. Her coworkers were asking her to do more tasks as she was taking my order and snapping fingers at her but Lucy remained professional. She even came out to where I was sitting to ask if I had enjoyed my lunch order. It was delicious and she made sure it was prepared the way I asked. Overall, very great customer service for Lucy at this location. She is a great asset to this chain and her positive attitude really shined through despite the busy rush. As cashier being front and center, Lucy set a great example for her coworkers on how to remain calm and polite during busy rushes. I will be returning for lunch at this location all thanks to Lucy and her customer care.
The service is always pleasant and the food is good but my FRIES ? are always Cold and hard like they were sitting there all day no good
Food is good but this review is to recognize Lennin’s exceptional customer service, by far the best I’ve experience at any business before.
The manager couldn’t get my order right so he stabbed me with a fork and then yelled at me to get out. All while cook Fernando stood there shocked at his managers rage. People like him shouldn’t work with the public.
Habit grill at this location was very delicious. I been to other locations that weren't too good and this place topped it. Anthony the cashier customer service was amazing very kind, attentive, friendly and patient. If anyone is ever in the area you should stop by at this location.
Just went here on July 2nd and had food poisoning from this place. Woke up July 3 with upset stomach that turned into vomiting. Be careful future diners. I will be avoiding this location
I don’t really ever leave reviews and I feel bad but this is the worst habit I have gone to! “The Santa Ana location “ They got my order wrong so I had to turn back and then when I eat my meal the salad was so soggy and the bacon didn’t even taste cooked and it was long strips when it’s always in little pieces and I’m not the only one they messed up their order with, two other people complained when I was waiting for my food!??♀️ they gave me free fired ??♀️
