I’m glad I got to finally try the spot, I’ve been seeing a lot of good reviews about it. Yes, one hard shelled taco is $4.25 but everything else has gone up in price after the pandemic so I’m not surprised. The flavor of the rice is on point which is so important for me. There is salsas and enchiladas are also very tasty. My only complaint was the Horchata was water down and I’m not sure if it’s made in the house, didn’t taste like it. I will be recommending this place to all my friends. I’m so glad I stumbled upon it by accident. I hope they stick around for a long time.
Taqueria Los Grandes is one of the best tacos spots here in Santa Ana. This restaurant is a staple to the community, and if you haven’t tried their tacos dorados, what are you waiting for?Absolute fire! (Not just their Chile oil).
I have been coming here since I can remember. My dad would get the asada tacos without chile and an order of rice and beans. I still order the same, but with salsa on the side. My kids love them to. Prices are steep though $4 per taco, yes it's the large tortillas but damn, with 8 kids, of which 2 are teens and eat more than I do we really have to limit the times we come here.
Best hardshell shredded beef tacos anywhere. Always fresh crispy shells, never gross premade shells. Always generous with the toppings.
This place is really gross, my dad brother and I were disappointed, we had ordered tacos and quesadillas and the tortilla on both was soggy, and the rice was really soggy too. And we had asked for salsas but they said they charged extra so we didn't get anything. Never going back again.
The menudo was authentic and delicious. Very clean meat, and also super spicy salsa! The best menudo I've found around
