It's Starbucks but what separates this from all the others is there service. I've never been to location that is this friendly no matter how busy they are.
Their inside tables seems to close awkwardly early everyday... but stays open for drive-thru longer
Ordered a tall pike coffee through the app. I went inside to pick it up. Waited around 10 minutes; got up to ask for my coffee, the lady wouldn’t listen to me! Gave me the coffee black and I told her that I ordered it with sugar and cream. She threw me the Splendas and gave me the coffee full with no space for the milk! Stated that the order didn’t come through and I showed it to her, which she completely ignored me! Very rude lady!
The girl at the drive thru that didn’t disclose her name because she was wearing a jacket refused to give us change for a 50$ bill she said I don’t think I have change but didn’t bother to check the register or anything. She was rude and when given my drink it was leaking out of the lid my other was suppose to just have strawberry base and they filled it with strawberry ?
Super disappointed yet once again, there have been multiple occasions in which I place an order on the Starbucks app, and it states we can pick up in store or even drive thru. Most times when we go both the lobby and the drive thru is closed, this isn't the first time I would say with today's visit it completes 5 times. Everytime we try either going to the drive thru or the lobby we get massive attitudes of the reps on the floor. Super disappointed in this Starbucks, the staff is extremely rude. There was a day that I went to Starbucks and when I picked up my order I asked for a straw and the girl calling out the Starbucks drinks threw the straw at me. Also on another note during this interaction not even a refund was given for our drinks that were paid for and we couldn't even get them due to their "sudden close"
THEY CLOSE THE LOBBY WHEN THEY PLEASE WITHOUT WARNING!I don't come often but when I do the Lobby has been closed. I feel so bad for people when they wait in line through drive thru & decide to go in instead, they lose there place in line to find that the lobby was closed.This location is perfect but the circumstances in which they do not specify closed lobby on the app kills the purpose.
I wish you guys had boba? I have been going to 7 Leaves Cafe to buy jasmine tea with boba, it cost me $2 more but I don't mind because they have a better reward system 4 drinks! My name is Debbie take care and have a great great New year!!!

Just came from this location and wanted to express how much I appreciated the young man at the drive thru this morning. I burst into tears as I left the drive thru this morning. I placed my order and this young man asked how my day was. It had been a very rough morning since I had spent it in the emergency room all morning with my dad. He listened and as I pulled up to the window I was greeted by him and his coworker at the window. They both expressed how sorry they were about my dad and took care of my drink for me. My mom and I burst into tears. God bless these young men and Starbucks for hiring great people that truly care about others. I have been coming to this location since they opened and it has been my favorite because of their friendly staff, delicious drinks and today was just the cherry on top. I wish I would have remembered their names but I just wanted to post this so that they know how much I appreciated their kindness.
This Starbucks was the best one that I've been to. The drink was excellent. I got me a strawberry aside and it was really good.
