Great customer service and got my order quick.
One of the few locations with a nicer and bigger interior. The quality of their coffee and drinks is also vastly superior to other locations.
The Baristas/Cashiers was ultra nice and professional. Clean place to enjoy great coffee and a breakfast sandwich.
I went here wanting to get one of their egg sandwiches and the girl at the register said they were out so I asked about the birthday cake pops and they were out as well so I said it was fine and asked about the coffee cake, the girl told me they did have that so I ordered for that. I was told more than 10 MINTUES after of waiting, that they DID NOT have the coffee cake. My time was wasted for no reason. They could’ve said that from the start. Not only that but they gave out drinks to people that came AFTER me, everyone had gotten their orders while I was waiting, only to be told they don’t have what I ordered and I ended up being late for work. Today I went again with my family, all of our drinks were made poorly. There was barely any coffee in the cup, there was literally more whipped cream in the cup than coffee, you could tell right away because of how light it was and it wasn’t even filled to the top of the cup. I dislike this place so much. If I could, I would give 0 stars. If you can’t do something so simple then don’t work.
After going to the drive-thru I had to repeat my order several times still they got it wrong I had to go inside get the right drink and then I got a regular coffee instead of a hot latte grande size and I use the restroom and it was really dirty in there and there was no soap in the dispenser so I let them know but the young man didn't seem too concerned about it
I asked for a blended dragon fruit with strawberry purée on top they didn’t blend it and when they did they didn’t add ice so it was liquidly and the ice coffee asked with extra caramel drizzle but they didn’t put that they put cinnamon on the bottom they always get our order wrong I think it shouldn’t be like because we are paying for this
Super Rude! Made customers drinks that came in after me! Waited 20mins for a Venti Frappe! They need to do better!
I would really have enjoyed every time I went to this coffee shop. I highly recommend this place to all coffee lovers.
I hope someone reads this....I love this location! Makes the best coffee of the Starbucks in this area! My only complaint is...Why have mobile order available if the doors are locked? If I wanted to sit in the drive thru for 30 mins I wouldn't order ahead.
The actual store closed at 9:00 PM. Had to wait in line on the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. On top of that they did not have the items I ordered in stock
