Easily, the worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited. Not only is the drive through line long, but they still accept mobile orders after 8 p.m., even though they claim to be 24 hours. Don’t bother going to the door, they’ll direct you to the drive through line to pick up your mobile order. The one convenient feature is made inconvenient by these fools. This place is the epitome of failure. I’ll make sure to go out of my way to the Starbucks half a mile out, so I don’t have to bother with them. I advise anyone to visit any other location.
I get Starbucks maybe once a week especially during the summer for their refreshers. I'm sad they discontinued the Very Berry Habiscus refresher it was my favorite. The problem with this location is that it is very busy and understaffed which makes your wait way longer than other locations. I love that it has a drive thru.
Jocelyn at the window did not give me a straw I asked multiple times as Iam a regular here and always get a straw WITH MY DRINK! I'm very upset and don't recommend this Starbucks at all to anyone this is just ridiculous! I work at the Adriana's Insurance right across from this Starbucks I'll be sure to let EVERYONE KNOW!
I was really surprised cause this location is always pack therefore, I never go there but this time I decided to try and it was so fast. They have some one taking you order the minute to drive in so you don't even get to the menu screen. I think is a great idea cause the line move so much faster, I literally spen like 5 minutes to order and get my order.
This was the worst starbucks I have ever been to. Never again ever!!!!! The cashier was very rude even the manager was very rude, and the white hot chocolate was the worst I have ever tasted!!!! From now on I will going to the one on Grand Ave and way more professional and the hot chocolate is also way better.
It really sucks that this is the closest Starbucks to my house, cause it’s the absolute worst Starbucks. I have a very simple coffee order (vanilla iced coffee with one Splenda), and this store managed to give me the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Literally tasted like bad water, zero flavor. It was bad enough for me to drive to another location to replace the coffee, and make sure it wasn’t just me. And sure enough, my replacement coffee was incredible in comparison.On top of the horrible coffee, it was just a bad experience altogether. This location is always out of food options, so I asked if they had something in stock before ordering. I was met with attitude like I was stupid for asking. I asked how the barista’s day was going, only to be met with a blank stare and no response. I have yet to have one good experience at this location after 10-15 visits, but I’m over trying. It’s actually worth it to drive the extra 10 minutes to DTSA for a better experience and better coffee.Worst drive thru layout ever too… creates horrible traffic for the whole intersection
Everytime i come here whether it's in the mornings, afternoon, or night they always claim to be out of stuff to make frappes!! ??♀️??♀️ Ended up ordering a Caramel Brulee Iced Latte & was a bit disappointed ???. Didn't taste like caramel , just tasted like cold milky coffee. I ended up having to add some things to it when I got home.I love Starbucks just not this one
Blonde girl with a pair of fake extension lash who works at the drive-thru on 10/20 1:20pm is rude. I only ordered a coffee but wanted a good new brew. At this time of day, coffee can be sitting out for hours or past 30 mins. Yes, am a Starbucks drinker everyday despite my minimal charge coffee. And occasional regular $6+ drinks whenever I feel like. So please dont be rude even if I only ordered a Pike this time, but everyday. She pretty much just rushed me through the order. Gave my drinks and before I could ask for something else I needed, said that should be it. And her tone and slightly ignoring attitude is not appreciative. She should be back there making drinks ONLY if she cannot deal with customers. Unfortunately, this has now become my “home” Starbucks location unlike the one in Buena Park where they remembered even before I asked cuz I was there everyday. There was this exceptional girl that in my many times getting drinks from her- she was upbeat, friendly, and you know when you asked for something - she rushed to get it. As if She could not let me wait even a second of my time although not expected so. Im talking real hard worker and dedication in the service/sale industry. I could easily tip her a $20 and would not feel it to be a waste.
