Met a potential new boss here and had a lovely time. Parking was pretty easy at 10am and the inside was a nice place to have an interview!! Quiet but the place was pretty busy!!

This is what I think of as a "pass-thru" Starbucks, but it's fine and does the job. It seems that the majority of the customers use the drive-through service. This makes sense since the store is near a busy intersection and next to the on-ramp to the freeway.The place is clean and neat every time I've been there. The staff is friendly enough. The only downside I've found with it is that they don't have power outlets, so if you bring your laptop or your phone charger and want to get some work done, you will not be able to keep your device charged. They have gone out of their way to cover the power outlets with blank plates. I suppose it is to discourage people from hanging out all day.Parking can get a little crazy because of the location, but generally there are a few spots open.

I ordered a Grande Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro Cold Brew and a cinnamon coffee cake. The guy who took my order screwed up my coffee order order but someone else noticed and made me the right kind of coffee for free. That was awesome.

First time in this starbucks and service was 10/10 nice people working here and oder was just as good

I like coffee without sugar or milk and I want you to try it and get used to it. It's the real taste of coffee.!! The service is good and the coffee is fresh

Scam Starbucks, took an online order but never said the doors would be locked then you get there. My GF would have to wait in the 10-15 car line if we wanted our drinks. Refused to refund as well. the worker told my GF to take it up with corporate. Don't support this Starbucks.

made an order here evening of 12/6 . I got a scone and some coffee using my card but then a minute later the girl comes back and says we're out of scones but don't worry canceled your transaction did you want something else which I did so iordered something else and then she charged me again this time my card had been ran through multiple times and declined So I paid cash, Well come to find out she did in fact charge my card $12.75 and take my cash and now I can't get a refund according to management .I called and spoke to the manager "Jen" in the a.m who pretty much says "oh well", tells me if I want my money that I have to do a charge back through my bank which could take over a month, I don't want to explain but it's incredibly inconvenient to do a charge back and while It's only a few bucks i feel it's the principal, train your employees better and maybe offer a better solution for your customers ,Like ...oh I don't know practice actual customer service . It isn't smiling while telling me oh well .. customer service is treating people with some degree of dignity and actually finding a solution to a patrons issue which was caused by incompetency on the employees behalf . ya crazy concept to expectcompetency instead of just saying oh well do a charge back to your bank, I guess that's what happens when you have a bunch of kids running a business.

Ordered a coffee and told them the ingredients I wanted…2 shots, simple syrup, milk and ice. The person taking my order then asks me….do you want a latte? She had a bad attitude because I said no I want what I ordered…I watched them make the drink and spilled all over the cup as it was dripping milk off of it…they handed it to me and I said please wipe the cup…she says to me with an attitude if you have a complaint you can talk with the manager….the last time I ever go to this place…..bad attitudes and service at this place…BTW the coffee I ordered sucked wasn’t what I ordered

The girls in here have a big attitude troblem and they literally only help the drive through... I waited 25 mins inside for a mocha frap

Ordered drink and a cheese Danish. Paid for everything and waited about 10 minutes. Afterwards was told that they "just ran out." Likely because they gave it to somebody in the drive thru who ordered after I did. When I picked up my order and waited there for it, they seemed confused as if they didn't realize I was waiting for my order to be completed. Unprofessional staff. I was given a refund after they realized I was screwed over for someone else who came after I did.
