A lady who wasn't really from the same world I love in, started to try to flirt with or hit on me a little and didn't realize the scalding hot girl browsing merchandise was my smokin hot girlfriend there with me... I felt bad for her cuz even if I was single or I had an Ogre looking chick, I wouldn't have wanted to talk to her regardless. But yeah, it was totally embarrassing for her and then she pulled my lady into her pointless "what kind of dog is he, " and "my dog is a..." *IDGAF, Lady** way awkward and eventually annoyingOh but the Starbucks review, Their pup cup (whip cream for your dog) was super weak compared to other Starbucks... But nice staff and coffees were good.
We ordered the following:Drink #1Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino Grande with soy milk and two expresso shots, No whipped cremeDrink #2Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino Venti with 2 expresso shots and No Whipped creme.When we got our drinks, Drink #1 had whipped creme and Drink #2 was correct but the quality was subpar.When brought it to the attention of the barrista that Drink #1 had whipped creme she didn't apologize or make any remarks. She took the drink removed the whipped creme, and re-blended the drink with ice. The result was that the drink tasted watered down.We brought the drink back to the store and approached the cashier to explain the situation. The cashier stated that the drink "definitely didn't have whipped creme." We explained that initially the drink did have whipped creme but the barrista had remade it. The cashier called the barrista over and we had to re-explain the situation. The barrista stated she would remake the drink but neither her or the cashier offered at apologies or remarks.We live in the same city block as this Starbucks location but we had stopped purchasing products due the poor service and subpar quality.Recently we had a great experience at store 27324 and thought we would give our local store another try but it seems that not much had changed.

This Starbucks is as busy as any other, not sure why it surprises people. This is my go-to location when I have to go into the office. They have always been prompt and nice. If sometimes the baristas don’t acknowledge us, it’s understandable because they’re just super busy trying to get our coffee right.This morning was busier than usual. Still, the barista I asked about one of my items took the time to write a quick positive note on the bag :)Be patient people, baristas are just like you and I.
I like this place better than three other starbucks in the 92840 area.
We had a last minute birthday celebration and needed coffee for guests. I called the Starbucks, Juan was very profesional and helpful. He put together a travel pack within minutes. Great customer service. Thank you.
Worst Starbucks experience yet! The staff half filled our second nitro and tried to get away with it! Then when I brought it back to them they said it was full half of it was foam from the bottom!!! It did not turn into coffee. The charged us for the large size which it was clearly not and said “well this is what it is” and walked away!!!! Here are the pictures rude staff
Worst Starbucks experience and customer service. They let people line up in the drive-through and after arriving 20 min later at the window, they say “sorry we changed our opening hours and are closed now”. But they are still all in there, should either close the drive-through or keep on brewing coffee.
Don't expect to walk in to place on order. App/online orders ONLY. No customer service. I had a kind soul place an order for me.
Crazy slow if you know you have time to waste go there otherwise find another one.
