I asked for a pik hot coffee, and it was cold when they gave it to me, so I asked them for a new one. They girl that helped me had a very bad attitude. They gave me another coffee, and it wasn’t pik also it tasted like water. Terrible service.
Baristas always have a great attitude and give great customer service when I come here ?
Employees here always display unhappiness. When ordering you get rushed and can't even ask questions regarding the drinks. Usually they run out of certain things way before mid-day which is surprising since it even happens during the weekdays.
The barista here made the best Starbucks drink I have ever had, very professional and finally up to the standards of real coffee as opposed to other Starbucks locations. Bummer that I didn’t get his name.
