Loved it great customer service
Staff was rude, did not listen and was concentrated on stocking. I go to a Starbucks in Irvine and they're way more attentive to their customer, knows my name and makes an effort. I'd be a regular here because of school but I choose not to go here anymore based on my experience.

The guy working at this location had a really rude attitude when I was placing my order. They didn’t have the tall option for drinks nor caffeine for the frappes I had to get my drinks in “crepe”. I’ve had creme frappes and this did not taste good.
Starbucks is great and I love the coockie crumble. I just wish it didn't always make me annihilate my toilet like if it was Hiroshima. Other than that it's fantastic!
