I used to love coming to this Starbucks but not anymore. They changed their staff and they're incredibly rude and take forever to make a drink. The manager there was rude to me and hid my drink from me and I had to ask another employee for my drink because she didn't want to give it to me. I've had employees who I've approached nicely asking for my order and they will tell you " move or get out of the way". Don't come here in fact go to the Starbucks in target they do a better job

It's was cool no drive thru and I mean I was the only person at this location... Only reason I didnt go to the one in Target is because I could not order ahead at the one in Target!! W/e f the target one bristal and 17th with the biz
Very short staffed….Waited 15-20 mins for a mobile order that was placed and they weren’t even close to preparing my order. Second time I cancelled My order because of timing issues, no refund offered.
Like everywhere else, Starbucks is understaffed. And understandably so. Who wants to deal with the nightmare baristas have to endure on days like I experienced for $14 an hour? I placed a mobile order that said it would be ready in 8-11 minutes but when I arrived at that time to pick it up, the lobby was JAM PACKED with people. I asked other customers who said they’d been waiting for over 30 minutes because they were offering a free red cup that day. Honestly, Starbucks this is ridiculous. The employees working here were as fast and efficient as they could be and I even heard one say she was going to turn mobile order off. I wish that had happened before I placed my order because not only did I not receive my items, I had to wait an extra five minutes just to cancel the order because I was going to be late for work. Once again, the employees here are doing NOTHING WRONG, but there is something seriously wrong with the Starbucks business model when you have to wait an extra 30 minutes for one drink.
Paid for a $5 paid in $10 and I didn't even get my change back then my order didn't even go through I was in there for 30 minutes and my order was still not ready left paying for a drink that I didn't even receive do not recommend going I'm there staff are rude too
Great ambiance, friendly staff and good size! Dropped my drink and Day helped me to clean my mess and she remade my drink. Shout out to Day.
The strawberry tea is good
The worst customer service. Waited 15 just for 2 coffees, just to hear that I needed to wait longer. I asked for my money back and not even an apology.
