7:32 am on Thursday, i said: I’m going to order ahead to pickup my coffee at counter with baristas. Than i just noticed that they have my coffee ready for me BUT the store it’s close, ONLY DRIVE THRU. WHY YOU GUYS TAKE ORDERS FOR PICK UP THAN? WHY I NEED TO MAKE LANE AT THE DRIVE THRU. WHY THESE LADIES NEED TO WAIT AT FRONT OF THE DOOR AND GOT NO RESPONSE AT FRONT DOOR.
I'd give this place ZERO but I can't. The staffs personality is as stale as the air in this place. Smells damp, staff look depressed and have lost their customer service skills. The possibly once nice outdoor area is now a homeless camp (see picture) like many places in California. I'm sorry I went inside but I do understand why the drive thru line is so long. This place would do well to close the inside and just do drive thru. Will never visit again.

This is your regular Starbucks, but the location can be sketchy. They have a drive-through if you prefer. Inside is nice and clean, well lit, but the problem is that the music they have is so loud, you can't even hold a conversation with a friend. I suspect they have that so that people don't camp out in there.I requested that they turn the volume down just a bit and they said they would but it never happened. It's a fine location to drop by and get your coffee then go somewhere else.
Tash was a friendly great worker, the food and drink was good. However, one of the girl baristas was rude. I asked for a empty cup and she replied that she was busy. I understand they are all busy, it's a given when there is a line at the drive thru and inside. But there are ways of saying she was busy and will get my cup. I declined the cup and left. 3 stars for Tash but knocked off two for the rudeness and the homeless inside that kills the ambiance and vibe. I will not be returning there.
I could give zero stars but it's not posibble avoid this location especially the manager rude and poor skills don't have time to keep on adding more details !!!!
Good and helpful employees all five drinks were good except for the waiting time had to line up and wait for our drinks 30 to 40 minutes waiting time wich I think is a bit too long

This is the first time that I have hard butter croissant. Triple shots tall coffee Latta doesn't taste strong. Not the way I want to start my day!
You've got to try a Seasonal Drink, any of them, they do not disappoint.
