I usually have a great experience here I started to this location a month ago and go every morning sometimes both morning and after work but today I was in disbelief. I asked for a splash of oatmilk since my cup wasn’t filled all the way and she said “I can charge you for it” after I already paid extra on the app for oatmilk . SMH they’re always nice but Melanie just made me not want to go back I’ll just drive the extra mile to grand and Edinger . Very disappointing. I pay $7 for a venti that isn’t filled rand she wants me pay even more for a splash to fill it to the size I originally paid for. I didn’t have my phone In my hand or else I would have asked for a refund on the spot.
It was empty, which was great for me since I was in a hurry. They had my order ready, and both baristas were friendly. This is my usual place to go.

Could not get anything at all. They could not cash a $100 bill at ten in the morning. If you don't have a five dollar bill or less, don't even bother. Would give zero stars if possible.

The barrister was gorgeous and she was helpful
