Horrible service people who order way after I did were getting the food. I went up and ask where my order is and had been waiting 25 minutes and that all these people order after I did, all they said is its coming. After about another 6 minutes I finally got my food and it was wrong. I walked to my gate and they didn't give me the cream cheese for my bagel had to walk all the way back and let them how could you forget to put that with the bagel. They hand me cream cheese and I said am I suppose to put this on with my finger. I will be calling weights and measures because the drinks are not were they should be. Poor management at this location lack of training.

I observed an item displayed in their bakery showcase. I then got in line waited and waited 15-20 minutes only to find out they did not have that item. There was no apology they just tried to sell me things I did not want. Poor management at this location. LACK OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

literally asked for a latte w no foam, got foam. asked for remake, put the wrong shots in the remake.

No longer a Starbucks. Coffee Bean something or another. Yuck!!

If you're a Starbucks fan, this store will give you great coffee and service, even at 6am on a Sunday, drinks were made fast, correctly and provided with a smile and warm greeting, had to refund cream cheese Danish as they were out but not a big deal, if you want to GYSOT, you can't go wrong here! ?

Forgot part of my order. I waited more than 10 minutes. When I asked for the missing order, they thought I may be asking for something I didn't order. They were too slow to even hand me a baked good, which they don't need to even prepare in any kind of way. I could have missed my flight if I waited any longer so I just left.

The workers here are rude and lazy. I ordered quad shot espresso of blonde roast and was told by the register girl that it's not available. So I went with a cold brew instead. However while waiting for my drink, I noticed the machine still has beans in it so I asked the second girl (preparing the drink) if the blond espresso machine was broken. She then gave me an attitude answer "no?". Then I asked her again to clarify and she pretended like she couldn't hear well. When I yelled loud enough so everyone could hear, she said "whatever she told you.". Seems like this place is known for bad service. Are they having a hard time finding good workers that wants to work and knows customer service?

I was flying out of terminal A and the Starbucks there has been converted to a Tea Leaf and Coffee Bean store. I'm okay with their products and their line was really short but I wanted to use rewards to purchase my coffee so I hoofed it over to terminal B gate 12 for my coffee.As expected, the line at Starbucks wasn't short, but the staff was really on the ball and I had my Italian Roast, my personal favorite, in no time.

If I could give 0 I would! The barista that made my coffee was rude and absolutely has no idea how to make coffee. They were down right disgusting! They both were typical signature coffees that should've been easy to make but it was just terrible and undrinkable.I tried to give her a chance to fix the order and all she did was hand me a small cup with sf vanilla. Ended up having to throw away our drinks and waste our money. Never ever have I tasted anything so bad! No flavor whatsoever! Do better! Train them better to do their job with the prices you gouge from the passengers of your airport.
