I had been visiting this location for a couple of months when a friend at my work referred me to it. I enjoyed their boba and their milk tea and fruit teas were delicious. I didn’t think that I would have a bad experience here but yesterday was unfortunately the first and last one they made. I had tried a taro based milk tea somewhere else and I was excited to try it at ShareTea. I ordered it some ice cream to add a creamy texture, and drove home. When I got out of my car I dropped it and lost the drink. I snapped a picture and raced over before closing and made it with time to spare. I asked if I could get it redone and showed them the picture, and they turned me down. If they were respectful about it I would’ve understood, but when I said if they could help me just this once because I’m a regular, the asian lady at the front just stared at me for a good 10 seconds before shutting me down with attitude. One of the employees was willing to make me a drink, but she told him to stop. Since I wanted boba, I agreed to pay for it, hut they ran out of the taro so I had to get the regular. The shift lead was very rude and didn’t treat me with any respect whatsoever. I hope the manager hears about this.TLDR: Good boba, but prices are expensive and if you spill your drink don’t bother. Other boba places will hook you up.
So happy they have warm Okinawa & Thai teas! Yum!
Ordered Hawaii fruit tea 30% sugar. Really artificial flavor. My tongue numbed after few sips. Totally Not drinkable.
Their okinawa milk tea is the best and the service is so quick!
i been a customer for about 5 years buying 3 or more times per week i customize my drink despite the extra charge they still make it the way i like and that makes me a loyal client until today when they refuse to do my drink 3X ginger milk tea as always cause (i like it strong) i asked the manager why the refusal and she just said is not possible, i strongly believe that variety and customization of flavors is essential for these type of business, to sad that they just lost 2 customers today plus my entire family too. we will switch to a drink place where they keep and appreciate customers.
This location is not franchised by ShareTea. It’s an independent company. Sometimes I see there ice cream from plastic containers and it’s a little frozen cube. It’s in a sketchy area with terrible service. The boba is sometimes old and frozen. Go to the ones that aren’t at this location :)
Nice place and good service
Ordered their handmade taro and asked for half sweet. They apparently don’t allow sweetness level on this drink, you can only select between 100% or 0%, and unlike other places, it doesn’t come out purple which to me is odd. My son ordered his usual Thai tea that he gets at any boba shop, and he says share tea makes theirs sour tasting and not very sweet, despite it being at 100% sweet. The boba was okay, nothing amazing. I’d pass unless I had no choice.
Very good authentic..Japanese food.
Love there drinks
