We had Sbarro cater our son's birthday party. The manager, Ruben, was awesome to work with. He made sure everything was cooked perfectly and delivered smoothly. The pizzas, bread sticks, and salad were soooooo delicious!!! We highly recommend Sbarro! Thanks, Ruben!!!

Very disappointed in service order Hawaiian pizza pizza was not cooked served cold. Had to ask for our cups. We spent over $35 for lunch dine in. Maybe train the right people to serve customers properly. Note all other fast food restaurants at food court are excellent. Even free refills. Never an issue every time we dined there.Next event we have will go to Applebee's or Lucille BarBQ. Word of mouth passes around quickly.

Dude lost a customer over Napkins. My daughter need Napkins for her nose. I was waiting for all the shops to open. And two of my kids wanted pizza, which I was going to buy. It was 10 minutes away from opening. As I grabbed Napkins the owner or manager had an attitude to say those are not free only for customers and we are closed right now. Before I could even respond with well Ill buy something, he continues with and Napkins are not for free we have to pay for them. I will never come back to this sbarro this is a horrible franchised place by owners running out of money.

They change the cheese yesterday so the pizza and taste different I notice

This is the first time in my life I have seen a restaurant using the garbage black plastic pages for (to go orders) it is really disgusting and not healthy at all. I hope all the customers refuse that like I did today and tell them these not for food .

I ordered two full pizzas and 2 pastas to take home. I called in the order and the woman I spoke to was very nice. The food was ready at the time they said it would be. I liked that they even confirmed everything was correct before sending me on my way. Nothing sucks more than getting home go find something wrong. Tasted great, no complaints!

Pizza was good but expensive about $12 for 2 slices and a soda. They also sell whole pizzas and other foods.

One star due to a main staffer, he was absolutely rude, sarcastic and had an attitude throughout our whole purchase transaction. Food was mediocre but we already knew that.

I like that this restaurant has seating within. The woman behind the counter (9/01/21 @ 2:30) treats everyone as if she's just waiting to snap, like the verbal version of two fighters bumping their chests together, provoking the other to throw the first punch. The pizza is crunchy rather than crispy, I don't know how to feel about that, it's just new to me.

The stromboli was excellent, the roasted potatoes were good as was the veggies.
