I don't live in Santa Ana but when I visit friends and family, I make a point to stop at this place to get my smoothies with boba. I've been buying Donuts and boba drinks sice 2013 this is the only stop for my donuts and drinks.
Bad customer service worker was in a hurry and it wasn’t even closing. Can’t even understand her English as well.

Before the pandemic it was fresh coffee and donuts always but now emptied coffee pot and no donuts at all.
Great donuts, but they often run out of a lot of things quickly. The apple fritters are the best around!
