I recall my dad taking me here when I was a kid. We lived in Costa Mesa then. I still come here for my tamales and pork burrito with green salsa, now I drive from Tustin.Keep up with the great food and please don't change a thing. It reminds me of my dad, which he's no longer with me. He was my hero such as your tamales...no comparison, per se... but you know what I mean. Bon appetit and approvecho !
My family have been coming here for generations, it's been my favorite place since I was a little girl. Tamales are heavenly unlike anything you've ever tasted before. Sarinana's is home.
Very friendly service with great food! The menu does, tripa, and language tacos were all absolutely delicious. Just use biodegradable takeout materials and then I will give it 5 stars.
I've gone to Sarians since I was a little girl. 60 years now. Best food ever. Nobody makes Tacos, Chile Relleno, Chile Verde like they do. Incredible. My kids come from Colorado straight for tacos before my visits.
The food is delicious, been a popular place to eat since I was a kid I been eating here 30 plus years and my kids now enjoy the food as well. The tacos are delicious and we buy our masa for tamles here every Christmas season. I live about 90 miles away and it is worth it when I go back to visit my family the kids always ask to have dinner or lunch there.
Their crunchy tacos ? are the bestGreen chili Chicken tamale big & tasty!And the sweet tamales warmed my tummy!!Definitely going back!
Hubby and I were 1st timers and were very impressed with the chicken and corn tamales. Neither of us cared for the texture of the sweet ones, when we return, we'll skip them. A-OK! Good value for the $$s.
I bought tamales 3 weeks ago but unfortunately this time the tamales were awful. The masa seem half cooked and they barely had any chicken and beef in them. Honestly it was the worst tamales I ever had. I had them once before and last time they were ok not this time.
Been there twice, only got tamales both times. The first time had beef tamales and they were excellent. The second time I had one chicken, which was extremely dry and barely any chicken, and a green chili and cheese which had hardly any chilies or cheese at all. Disappointing second trip. Probably won't go back again.
Love this place and been coming here since the 00's. They have flavorful crispy hard tacos that are fresh fried around the meat! The tamales have a more flavorful savory masa than most others. The salsa comes in helpful squirt bottles and is the perfect spicy peppery complement. Always fresh and full of flavor! The neighborhood keeps getting nicer as well.
