Please contact Health inspection on this location. CROSS CONTAMINATION in refrigeration unit. Food stored in moldy containers. Don’t take my word for it, request to see the conditions that your meal is made under. Keep in mind a fast food restaurant has no issues showing you the prepping area when you walk into the dining area so a “restaurant” like rubios with actual “cooks” should stand by the quality of their work station.
Kitchen counters were visably dirty, I saw several cross contamination from handling money to none did items back to food. Food was not so good... I wont3 be back to that site.
I tried to order the calif bowl with no rice or beans(due to strict diet) and sub cauliflower rice. They said that it would be extra$. I said you are keeping your regular rice and beans and your going to charge me extra for cauliflower rice? The girl waiting on me GOT AN ATTITUDE WITH ME and said its because its a vegetable. So I asked for the manager, and as he was walking up I could here her telling him she's complaining about the rice upcharge. The manager's answer was that its corporate that makes the rules/pricing(generic answer) . I ordered the bowl with rice and beans on the side to give to someone else to eat and NO CAULIFLOWER RICE. My food came and was at best below average for the price. Very disappointed.Bad experience all the way around.
Emergency? That sign exists, it’s not just printed up on the spot. This is tonight, 2/1/2022. The door was closed with this sign up despite oboe and phone orders having been taken.What’s the emergency? COVID staff?2 star is from last order before tonight, they barely gave me any fish in my bowl, less than they gave my partner on EITHER of her two tacos!
Good service but poor portion of food I been to others Rubio's and they really fill it up more. Slow service as well.
Ordered a combo plate with extra order of chips. Rice was old and hard, chips were also old and cold. Order was slow to be served, at this point I just wanted to eat something and leave.I thought it'd be hard to get Mexican food wrong, but I keep getting proved wrong. ?
Food was tasty and well prepared so that by the time I got it home it was still easy to eat (didn't fall apart during travel)
My Favorite place to enjoy a great fish tacos, i have been coming to this place for years, never been disappointed, Aileen , Jesus and JT are so friendly, so is Joe and all the crew, I LOVE THEIR FOOD.
Always gets our order perfect. Service is fast, this is hands down the best location in the area. Steer clear of the Marketplace location.
