I agree to one of the previous reviews. I also had to wait for incredibly long time just to be served. The worst thing is that the server saw me standing at the register, gave the prepared tea to other customer and walked away, leaving me standing there without any acknowledgement. I was going to leave but the other customer whose drink was being served asked the server to attend me first! This is how bad their customer service is. The tea I ordered was watered down, flavorless. I am much disappointed and I've been wanting to go to this place for a long time....:(
We were driving down to SD and wanted some boba drinks , found PresoTea! Great spot to pick up a drink to go, there are only 2 window seats for while you're waiting for your order. Great selection of different teas and coffees ??GotSignature fruit teaMango cloudBrown sugar latte
Very nice store. Drink was good. Recommend the Slate Grey Milk tea (earl grey milk tea). Will come back!

I love this place, this is definitely my boba tea coffee place for now on. I recommend it. And prices are very reasonable. Good service, very clean and polite employees very courteous.
High quality boba for a fraction of the price of other boba stores. BOGO boba milk tea and $2 drink menu are unbeatable. Besides those the rest of their drinks are also really good. The owner is always there working hard and makes this place great!

Place very clean. Good customer service. Lots of drinks to choose from. I got the passion fruit pineapple creme slush not bad it was actually alright, first time trying it . I been waiting for this place to open until today I had the chance to try it out and I'll come by again, got to try more drinks hahaha. Very good recommend .
I had to wait 15 minutes more of the supposed time.The people who are working in this place is very unprofesional and LAZY!They don't care about customers time.Please hire the right people!
The place is very clean and fresh and the drinks are amazing but.. I really wish the workers would check orders twice before making the drink since I had asked for a milk tea drink with no ice and instead got pure tea full of ice. In addition, my friend had asked for boba in their drink with no ice but instead got a drink with no boba that was also full of ice :/
