I would sell a kidney to get some Popeyes chicken tenders. I've ordered online and in person, always flawless. They do get really busy so I try not to order too much during busier hours. Still good every time! Nothing but respect for my local Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. Do note when you order online to distinguish between getting the "spicy" and the "mild." It can be kind of confusing.
This is the slowest and most disorganized store. Took twenty minutes at 4pm and then they got our order wrong and gave us spicy! The receipt was correct so didn’t realize we got the spicy until we got home. So spicy we couldn’t even eat it. So disappointing!
The chicken sandwich is amazing. The best chicken sandwich in all of fast food but the rest of the food need improvement. The popcorn chicken is too breaded. The biscuits too salty. The Cajun fries need more seasoning.
3.5 stars normally it's 5 stars for me but today my fries were beyond crispy . . . i couldn't even taste any potato . . . the bun on my chicken sandwich was smashed and part of it was falling off . . . I'm not knocking the service or speed of service . . . i completely understand there's a shortage of workers and the employees held their composure but please please please handle my food with pride & care
The chicken was great but hair in my fries. They surprisingly refunded me all my money. Other then the hair the food was good
The food was as expected. I come to Popeyes for the chicken sandwich, and it’s always crispy and hot. The only thing I noticed at this location was that not many customers were wearing masks, and the seating area was closed off other than a few oddly placed stray chairs which were on the other side of the barrier. The service was alright.
Staff needs more training in customer service and I think the management there doesn't have a clue of what good customer service looks like. If immigration is gonna be allowed, then we should be training these employees to perform with the upmost integrity and character. This is how it is done. They probably don't know what good customer service is like from their countries. Training is important.
Arrived at this location and as soon as I entered you can feel the tension in the atmosphere. Cashiers are wearing a mask but talk low. Then when you try to understand what there saying they get mad if you make them repeat. Older couple was ordering and cashier was really rude. When couple had completed ordering 3 female cashiers went to the side and started gigling and talking rudely about customer/s. Male in blue dressy shirt was slamming the trays with food. It was an awkward experience.
The Customer service by Stephanie the cashier that took my order was incredibly friendly her positive attitude and info about my order made this experience at your restaurant the best I've had this past month.
Wow! Never had a chicken place like this before. Incredible menu with great prices. Can't believe a small hole in the wall like this is doing a collaboration with Megan thee stallion. Truly a diamond in the rut. Would recommend!
