I usually don't have any issues with this location but the date of 3/3/22 at around 9:25 p.m., my 3 topping pan pizza was undercooked. Aside from that, it seemed like I asked for my toppings to be on only half of the pizza. The family wanted pizza that night so I had to go get domino's after, and I honestly don't like domino's; that's how bad it was. I didn't want anyone getting food poisoning.
Although is not the closest to my house, I don't mind driving to it. The staff is so nice and the pizza is warm and always delicious.
Food was cold. Time said was 18 to 28 minutes. Took almost an hour. No marinara sauce for cheese sticks.
I got 2 pizzas yesterday and I ended up getting food poisoning. Had to miss a day of work. Thanks alot pizza hut.
The cheese stick 1/2 of them only had cheese and no seasoning and the sauce only had 1/4 of the cup was only good of one stick
My reason has strictly to do with location. Most or all of my friends and family do not live in my area.

This location is the BEST!!! FAVORITE PIZZA HUT LOCATION IN OC!!! Pizza is always on point! Not once have they disappointed and I'm a HUGE pizza lover, I've eaten pizza all over OC and LA County :)
The pizza was good, on time, and warm.
The service, food was great.
