Worst experience and not with customer service. Came to have dinner with my family I order the usual for some reason I had a gut feeling something was wrong.. I was enjoying my pho when I saw a piece of chicken !!!! I’m Vegan! And I clearly repeated my order twice. They need to do better what if I was allergic ? I definitely won’t be coming back worst experience ever.
Love the food here. If you cone during lunch they could be a little busy specially on cold or rainy days.I love the lunch special.Parking is not an issue. Service is pretty good.

Gotta say this place is one of my favorite places for pho, but you have to try the combination special.
This place had great service and their spring rolls were very good, I also ordered the pho soup and was pleased with the flavor of the broth, I recommend it
Fine NO MORE!!!My family has been going to this restaurant for the last ten years since we moved to the area. The food has always been great and prices reasonable. The service was fine as well.Not sure what is going on. For the last few times we have gone in, the service was horrible. We waited for almost 20 minutes for someone to take our order. The food was cold and when we asked for condiments we were ignored. My husband had to go to an empty table and grab them.Tonight we ordered to go. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich that cost him $7. It consisted of a baguette and about 8 pieces of chicken.I ordered a chicken pho with extra greens. In it were three pieces of chicken and noodles. Not only did I NOT get extra greens, I only got three pieces of stringy cilantro and some carrots. No mint in sight. Oh yes....... and the broth was cold.We always loved going to this restaurant for the family atmosphere, service and great food. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem like they will get my business in the future.
