Amazing food, quality vegetables and meat. Fast service and great to come with family, children specially. I loooved it! So my family, had a great time. If you are a salad fan, you’ll love their salads too
I was very upset with the way my family and I were treated on Sunday June 26, 2022 at 10:30am I went in to dine in and asked host if we can sit on the tables nearest the wall nd she told me her manager was not sitting anyone understandable until I noticed there was a group sitting on those tables on the other side of the room so i went to ask the manager VANESSA she refused to seat us on those tables without giving explanation. We feel very DISCRIMINATED. Please go to a different location to avoid the inconvenience :/
Wife and I went dined in about 2 pm today (Saturday 7/2/22). We’ve dined in many times but today our server (Trisha) was exceptional! Greeted us with a smile was friendly, cheerful, approachable and helped with our menu as wife ordered something different (date salad) . She answered all her questions, took our order.Returned with our order asked if we needed anything else (never been asked that before). She checked in with the wife and asked how she liked the salad (another 1st)! She also asked if we had the app and then asked if I wanted to use the points…WOW!Thank you Trissa for making the dining experience memorable. Panini Kabob Grill should take note of this, and perhaps have her train server staff there! Manager take note!
Will never come back I was dealing with fruit flies while eating and people I was dining with were unable to finish their food cause of the fruit flies.We told the waiter but all he said was he sorry.Took a pic of a couple flies I killed that landed on my plate paid full price.
The food was awesome. The service needed a little work. He was slow to take our order and we did not get everything we ordered. Otherwise it eas very nice.
My review reflects 1 star due to the poor and extremely slow service we received. Food was tasty and gets 4 stars.Our meal took 25 minutes to be served. My strawberry salad had only 3 blue cheese crumbles. I wanted to request more crumbles but waiter was nowhere to be found. Finally I asked a young girl that was sweeping if she could get me more crumbles. She replied it would be an additional 1.99 then disappeared! Really? Totally Outrageous! Waiter finally showed up asking if I received the blue cheese but I had already finished my salad. Too late! We never saw a manager or anyone that we could address our concern. We overheard they had a chef and server shortage so if this is the norm we probably won't be returning. Unfortunate because the food was quite tasty.
This place is over priced. I've been here a handful of times and enjoy thea atmosphere, but food can be improved for the price you pay. The rice was bland and so where the chicken kabobs. Mediterranean food is supposed to be flavorful, something I didn't get from my last two visits
I usually LOVE this place but the last 3x I've ordered they've gotten simple things wrong. Every time! We ordered 2 chicken soup, we recieved 1 chicken and 1 lentil? Simple 2 cups of the same soup. Another time we ordered the extra rice no salad, we recieved 2 salads and NO rice! How do you confuse rice and salad? They are making the order difficult when in fact it's an easy order. I understand they employ Hispanic people for kitchen work but come on hire people who can actually read the order and hire people who are double checking the order. It frightens me that they cannot read and interpret. As a business you are wasting product which costs money amd losing money and customers
I ordered salmon kabab. I guess they don't give you any dressing or sauce with it. It used to be good. Maybe this time i got a different chef. My friend ordered chicken she said it was good. Salmon didn't have any flavor.
FOOD POISONINGThe food itself was good we ordered the kabob with rice and salad I hardly ate any but my mom and sister ate their whole meal and the night of me, my mom, and my sister all vomited it was the worst feeling and do not recommend. It was my first time trying it heard many great things but my stomach still hurts, I feel nauseous and overall horrible.
