Don't ever order food to be delivered from this location. They always forget half your order and you will never get your money back. Horrible customer service. They blame the delivery service, not sure how its Doordash fault??? they arent the ones packing the food!! And Doordash wont do anything either! Complete waste of money!!! Save your money and just go somewhere else!!
We bought two entree combos I litterly counted one piece of meat on a beef broccoli side that I got 4 pieces of chicken mushroom chicken and my little two year old son food had a little red dry piece of dry Chile in his food wow this the worst Panda Express I ever been..
I’m only giving 1 star since that’s the lowest possible rating, 0 isn’t an option. I placed an order through DoorDash for a bowl with Broccoli Beef, and I was so disappointed to see that there was literally one bite of meat throughout l the whole bowl. Now that’s just carelessness. Pretty upset that I paid for a bowl of noodles and broccoli. To make things worse, when I called the store to inform the manager, (Jose, the manager on duty), simply said Thank you and immediately hung up the phone on me without even so much as offering an apology, very unprofessional. I’m not sure why I expected anything different. We’re paying fast good workers as much as people that go to school to learn trades and they can’t even scoop food into a container properly? Super disappointed with the quality of the food (also, egg rolls were mushy) and the customer service was terrible!!! 0 stars from me.! Don’t recommend and will never return ?
They have the most variety & best meats out of any fast food restaurants.
The other ones are super quick and manageable, this place I tried several times, people during lunch time are slow and always let me wait more than 10 minutes even if there is no long line.Please don’t wash my eyes for Panda Express!
I when there at 10 pm and I had the best service I had ever had in a panda express. They were kind, interactive and fast. I order two party platter and some rice. I forgot I had to get plates and utensils but I didn't even had to as they put everything inside my bags. Not only that but the food was great and not dry or undercooked. If you want to get Chinese food this is the place to go to.
A joke of a manager name jose. I called in because I was missing half my order. I ordered from the website and I was missing half of my stuff. I talked to what he called him self, and manager! What a joke. This guy has zero customer service was rude and hung up on me. He won't pick up the phone anymore and did not solve my issue. JOSE IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB, THEN QUIT! YOU ARE USELESS TO THE COMPANY AND ARE A DISGRACE TO MANAGEMENT. YOU SHOULD QUIT NOW AND LEARN HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE. ITS OBVIOUS YOU HAVE NO CLUE WHAT YOUR DOING. SO SAD PANDA HIRED YOU
