Bad customer service , food was very dry ( chow main, orange chicken, veggie rolls and walnut shrimp) the chow main had very little flavor, employe gave me rude attitude for asking for some soy sauce and Sriracha, and gave me dirty looks while I was eating ( staring at me, looking me up and down) and the sodas were diluted. They do not give you a recipe.
I got a plate delivered and when I open the plate the teriyaki chicken was missing and my order was a mess unsafe and sanitary conditions not safe also I will be filing a law suit against this location I am not giving a dime for free once again I order a plate and you servers didn't put teriyaki that shows how horrible customer service you are alma the manager should get remove doesn't care about the safety and orders of customers I want a refund.
GABRIEL (the cashier guy) needs some customer service training. He is rude and impulsive. While waiting in line I heard three different customers complaining about him. And when he messed up my total and over charged me I went back and he demanded I bring the food back and start touching it. Went back to the ladies and just moved on without apologizing. I don’t recommend putting this guy on the cashier as he has zero customer skills.

Do not order from this place!!!!! I do DoorDash all the time!!!!! I always ask for sweet and sour NEVER HAVE THEY GOT IT RIGHT!!!!! I JUST CALLED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! This place is completely unprofessional. I pay for my order to be correct!!! It is not cheap!!!!! It is simple I order sweet and sour!!!! I called panda and I also let the door dash driver to get it!!!! So why is it so hard to get a order correct!!!!!

This place has really gone down hill. The service standards have REALLY disappointed. I came in tonight at 945. The website says they close at 10. The counter help informed me that the kitchen closes at 930.I've been living here for nearly 15 years now and have NEVER heard of this. If a business posts its hours of close at 10pm, that means they close at 10pm..NOT 30 mins prior and turning away business before informing people in line that they will not be cooking anymore food.This can't be real.Save your money, and your time. DONT EAT HERE at the location just off of 17th street in Santa Ana.Its too bad you can't posts ZERO STARS.This is isn't the first time they've been rude and unprofessional.

Sadly ordered here because I was starving. Long story short. There was a hair in my chow mein. Completely lost my appetite. Instead of complaining or going back to the store for my refund. Which they didn't give me a receipt for. I just decided never to eat at Panda Express ever again. Total bummer
