I ordered Pad Thai . I received oil filled in pad Thai. I thought chef forgot to cook it with one he poured so much in my plate .
Follow the instructions that are given to you. As a customer, I expect to receive WHAT I PAID FOR & ORDERED, NOT what YOU decide to give me.I do not eat chicken or red meat/pig by any means for YEARS & the lousy employee who made my order could not follow instructions. I said SHRIMP pineapple fried rice and they added nothing but chicken. Extremely disappointed & disgusted!Also, the last time I came, the women who work there did not add mango to my sticky rice dessert. They gave me boxes of rice. I guess everyone in there is plain STUPID.

I liked the food the 3 times, but the service is horrible. Seems like the son and the daughter were serving and have never been taught anything about customer service!!The mango with the sticky rice was bad and I was just asking for another mango because the sweet rice was fine- I told them. They wouldn't give me another mango and said they are probably all the same. I asked how can that be n got no response just looks between them. After speaking in their language for a bit she said they'd rather give me the money back. So she did give me the money and then took my plate behind the counter (during covid it's a no) with out letting me have the rice. So I asked for the rice and they laughed at me. Seriously it was the worst service ever. They rather throw the rice away to proof a point than not to have a bad review. The next day I called and they took my number but never called me back.
Decided to swing by here on vacation and it gave me food poisoning. I was supposed to be at catalina island today but instead i have spent the day violently throwing up and unable to leave the bathroom.
I've been coming here for years. Best pad thai ever. I've been to Thailand and you don't have to travel that far you can just come here for authenticity.
After passing this restaurant by so many times we finally decided to stop and try it!!! The best decision we ever made in our life I'm still enjoy my meal as we speak!!! I got the shrimp pad Thai bowl! It is to die for, literally an organism in your mouth!!! BOMB ?!! 10 stars out of 5!! ????????
