Yummylicious chicken & gnocchi. Very flavorful i recommend. But getting inside was a bootyache, takes a while. Im very happy i came to eat here. ?Edit because my lasagna arrivedAlso delectable. Couldn't finish it because I was full sadly but my 7 bites or so were pure heaven. Love this place I hope to return soon
Waited 30 minutes to be sat then waited 30 minutes before having to call the server. After mentioning to the woman who sat us, we haven't been able to order with a broken tablet on the table and SERVER PASSED US 15 times and never made eye contact or looked out way. Finally, after getting my kids' food, they waited to give us the bill, ended up there for over 2 hours.
We celebrated my friends 19 aniversary, one of my friends had the chicken and shrimp carbonara and one of the shimp was undercooked, he felt a little sick later, the Alfredo sauce and chicken was delicious and juice, the chicken and gnocchi was delicious too, the service was good, every one from the staff was nice too, I liked the music,
The food was exquisite, we ordered the tour of italy rasberry lemonade, salad and chicken gnocchi soup. But Beatriz was amazing she was attentive, helpful and went beyond of an excellence service.
Our Server Thomas provided exceptional service. He was so friendly and lively, our experience was made 10x better because of his service. I hope this restaurant acknowledges the good work Thomas does. Keep him! Give him a raise too!
Honestly had a better time than I expected, this location was both much more elegant than I expected and very chill. Don't even know how they combined the too. The wait staff made me feel like I was being very well taken care of by professionals, but didn't make my son's antics feel out of place. So elegant, warm, and friendly all in one, 5*.Maybe a hack but the kids menu with spaghetti was more than enough even for a rather hungry child. Really nice way to recoup post Disneyland.Great service/staff and nice vibes!
I love Olive Garden! I go for the nostalgia and the breadsticks! You can get better Italian food other places, but there's just something about heir food I just love. Our server was fantastic and our food was just as good as any other Olive Garden. I always appreciate that I know what I'm getting.My only gripe is that this location/staff doesn't honor the online waitlist. We (a group of 4) joined the online waitlist on the app to cut down out wait time. We've done this at several other locations. When we showed up to this location they said it didn't matter we were on the waitlist there, and we were put at the bottom of the que. They also did that thing where they say 5 - 10 minutes minutes and "you're next on the list", and it was in fact 25 minutes and 3 parties were seated before us when we were "next".I'm a bit bummed they aren't honoring what the rest of the Olive Garden chain does.
Our server Alejandro S. was absolutely amazing, kept everything refilled and even got us new drinks when the meal came! There is nothing he could have done better. His service is beyond appreciated especially during these challenging times. Thank you also to the chefs as the food was excellent.
I never really write reviews but today I had the best experience with my server today and his name was Martin. Provided beyond exceptional service. He was very polite and attentive with us. Hopefully this review is acknowledged and Martin is given his recognition for his service
Staff was very nice. We were a group of 14 and were a little overwhelming, but they handled things quite well. The food was pretty good, but the chicken in the chicken alfredo tasted like the frozen, prepackaged chicken strips, poor quality meat and not warmed all the way through. Hence the 4 star rating.
