Just received Booster shot @ CVS it was 8:30 p.m Was serve by the most pleasant middle age ASIAN woman She was serving 4-5 4 people booths and a couple ofBig Family tables This woman was on top of her game She did no forget anything very consistent. I had Breakfast ? w/ some juicy Pork chops and good scramble eggs Thank you Norms.very safe atmosphere staff wear mask good pleasant manager

It is very popular and can be difficult to get into. The service was great. Our server gave us several options he suggested. The food came out quickly and how we requested it. It was very delicious. Highly suggest.
Truly a friendly diner. From the very beginning to the very end, all members of the staff were AMAZING! The hostess Tawny was friendly and seated me and my party at a reasonable time. Our server Maria, amazing again! She came and took our orders and came back a few times to check on us, but was never overbearing. Exceptional customer service
Worst place ever, cold coffee pancakes burned on the outside not cooked throughly In the inside, we were party of 9 people, lazy server when serving the food she made us pass Al the plates end to end of the table instead of go around and handle the plates to each of us, she didn’t deserve the tip, very noisy place they should have a bit more private kitchen. NOT GOING BACK EVER AGAIN

First time to this restaurant. Our server was hilarious and the food was good. The next time I’m back in California, I hope to go back.
The two young female hostess are terrible there laughing and not did not pay attention to us we told them 3 times , how many people we have in our party, our waitress was fine she tried her best , however does immature hostess made this experience bad, don’t come here this is our first time that this happens to us at norms,
Place is clean and comfortable and the service is fast. Prices are also very reasonable.
The staff and servers are so kind. I got a table waiting for an old friend. I got coffee to start us off, but when my friend messaged me that he could not make it, I was upset that I would be fit the bill for 2 coffees, so i begrudgingly headed to the cashier to pay for my no-show, but when I tried to pay, the lady was so kind, she said dont worry, its on the house!!!
