I have been there several times over the years. The food was always great, large portions and the service was good..... What happened?Showed up today, at about 2:15 PM, I know they close at 3:00 but if you close at 3:00 everything should be available till...... 3:00. When we walked in, the chairs were already placed on top of the tables. We started our order then were told the fryer was being cleaned and anything that required frying cannot be made. The cashier then made note of the bags of chips next to the front counter for purchase. Two sandwiches and a bag of chips was $30. The most disappointing part was when I opened my sandwich and saw how much pastrami was not there. I understand people want to finish with work and go home but half of the experience with going out to eat is customer service and that, along with the pastrami was not there. Not worth $30 and will be be going back.
Was really good food. But make sure to try and order ahead or get ready to wait. Also parking is a challenge because they're so popular. But very good breakfast burrito.
Hands down the best breakfast burrito I've ever had. Got the spicy pastrami, it was perfect.
Might be a good place to get grub. Just wears off from being just that. Staff tries to be welcoming. I've never seen a menu above with smaller scriptI mean the place looks like you want to ask, what happened last night here, no joke. Take a long look to the warmers against the, call it a kitchen wall, and tell me you want that in your order. Cooks get the orders out the way you want. Absolutely, but they may still let locals walk in with pets. Call it a neighborhood walk in food grab.
4 stars for food and the very nice employees. But very busy for the business in such a small place. Almost no parking. Maybe 20 parking spots + or - sared with 711 and 2 or 3 other businesses. So you get the line, before the line, before the line experience. Took only 5 minutes to order the food (I just missed the horde of people that came in after I ordered). Then it took well over 30 minutes to get my order of 2 breakfast burritos. During my visit, I heard multiple people complain to the employee handling the finished orders that their order was skipped. When I left there was a line out on the street, and people double parked. But again very good food. Just wish there was more parking and they were more organized with order production.
I ordered a steak burrito with 1 egg well done. When I got my meal the egg was runny-soft.. guess the heat from everything else was to cook it... My order was not taking properly because the server was busy talking and laughing with other server to pay attention to me ordering
Best breakfast burrito by far in Orange County. I’ve had about 225 breakfast burritos in my career this place will serve you up a Gerthy burrito not a lot of length just extremely fat… you won’t be disappointed
I don’t know how this place has a 4.5. Went in with my fiancé and father who drove in from 5 hours away. We heard great things and thought this would be good. WRONG. Lady at the front was RUDE, they didn’t know what they were doing. We waited 30 minutes for our food and nothing. I had to request a refund for them to finally give us our food. Still took 40+ minutes from ordering to eating while 20+ other customers had gotten their stuff. We only ordered 4 items… never again. Food tasted like cardboard and it was a huge letdown and Waste of $60 and gas. Wish I would have gotten a refund and never ate there.
Enormously delicious breakfast burrito. I can't believe there is no line. Fast friendly service and spacious dining area. Tucked away in the corner of two freeways but well worth the effort to get to.
Used to love this place but now they charge for salsa if you get it on the side instead of in the burrito…I don’t understand why it would be extra. Only the nice employees won’t charge extra so I appreciate those few employees that didn’t. Also the manager wouldn’t let me talk to the boss to resolve. Very unfortunate because I used to come here a lot and now feel like I’m being ripped off.
