I wish you could give zero stars! Buyer beware! I ordered gift baskets for Valentine's day off of the website. The gift baskets that arrived were not as pictured. One gift basket was supposed to have 18 brownies in it but had 3 brownies that were smaller than the palm of my hand. When I called to discuss this I was told I was supposed to break each brownie into 6 pieces to get the brownie amount. When I voiced that I was displeased they told me that their Valentine's day gift baskets are "lower end" products and I should have expected it! I told them I wanted to return the products as these were not what I ordered. I had also paid $40 shipping for these. They refused to return the products even though they claim to have a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. Their customer service reps were horrible and arrogant. They tried to not let me speak to the manager until I refused to get off the phone. They offered me $6 off then $15 stating that was the most they could do on $140 order. On top of all of this the cookies and brownies in the gift baskets were stale despite being prepackaged. They were nothing comparable to what you get in the actual store. They tasted like an off brand stale chips ahoy. The brownies were rock hard and crumbled upon opening they were so stale. Mrs. Fields also does not let you actually leave reviews on their page if you look.

By far the worst customer service I have ever received by a company. I placed an order and called right away to cancel because I selected the wrong shipment date. The hold time was over an hour and kept changing to say that I was in another place in line and the wait time would be longer (which made no sense). After finally getting a hold of someone, I was told that it may be too late to get my order off the shipment truck and that someone would call me to let me know. I never received a call, so I reached out via email just to be told I can only receive a half refund. I ended up placing a new order with the correct shipment date. That order arrived and it was the WRONG order. The order I placed is more expensive than the one I received, and the cookie tin is bent in multiple places. I had to reach out AGAIN via email and was told that another order was probably sent because what I had ordered is out of stock..... ?? So instead of notifying me that the order I placed is out of stock and cancelling the order, they just sent something else that is less expensive. I will never order from this business again and hope no one else does either.
