The girl attending us at the dispatched window was with long, mad face. She didn't even respond when I said hi to her. I asked for a cup holder she got mad at that. We got distracted by a homeless. And I didn't catch that she didn't give me one of my son's juice and my other son's M&M McFlurry. Now I am calling to ask what can I do about my two items, and they don't answer the phone.
The staff at this location have always been just wonderful!!!...The place is usually nice & clean...Of course, sometimes have to wait a while when they are backed up to get service, but it has always been good...Exceptional service was given by Kimberly Islas, who while patiently training a new employee, still found time to jump in & help customers with warmth, compassion & a big smile along with excellent courteousy & introduced me to a semi-new dessert of guava cream cheese pie, which was as amazing as it's long time cousin the apple pie...Keep up the great work??
I don’t think I’ve ever posted a review. The two dudes working there around 2 am on Tuesday April 5th we’re awesome. Not like it was 5 star dining but they were in a good mood, quick, and got everything right which is all you need but can be hard to find in fast food service. I work at a cafe and I make sure to do the same, it doesn’t take much but it is nice when it happens.
Service was not good, incompetent workers, food cold not fresh, filet fish over cooked, so my wait time was longer than it should have been. Oh well thought I'd try it back in California, McDonald's not for me, I will stick to home cooking at least I know how I handle my food and know that it's fresh.
This location always produces fresh food, the staff is friendly, and they actually season their food. They are a popular location but worth it every time.
This is a nice McDonald’s. I went here and I was satisfied with my experience. I drove to this McDonald’s and went to the drive thru, where I ordered a cinnamon roll. This McDonald’s has everything your standard McDonald’s has, which is nice. The cinnamon roll from here was about the same size as a regular Cinnabon and it tasted pretty good. I gave this McDonald’s five stars because it has nice cinnamon rolls and I received good service.

The fries were stale, cold, and unsalted. They were overly crunchy and they had no pies. It says they're open 24 hours but they told us they were near closing, which is annoying but not the workers' fault.My two cheeseburgers were also getting cold, but could've been worse. Overall, they need to fix their 24 hours advertisement and figure out their fries/warm food situation.
Nice environment. My quarter pounder sandwich was dry and stale. I didn't complain because I hate wasting food so I just ate and left.
When I went to McDonald's they didn't get my order completely. me so I don't recommend this McDonald's.
