This Macdonald got so bad I remember when is was 24hr it was heaven , today I arrived at 11.10pm for last call ,the line only move 6 cars all the way to 12amGot kick out waited 50m for nothing seems the employee are more worried about clean up instead of serving food totally understandable if they don't give you time to clean ? believe last call it at 10.30pm
This facility deserves 0 stars. I live super close so I always come and they mess up sometimes. Today at 3:04 am my husband and I were coming home from a trip and we wanted a hash brown. We pull up to the drive through and the girl said “ we only have coffee and bakery items”. I used to work at McDonald’s and this has never happened. You claim to be open 24 hrs but for what if y’all never have food at this time.
Kool mickeys dees.I stop at alot of Mcdonalds mostly for there coffee but decided on a 6pc nugs.They have the best chicken nugs at this one.I ate them before i could tske the pic
Girl taking my order was extremely slow. I asked for a caramel frappe and I repeated my order more than once and she even asked at the window if I asked for a caramel frappe and was given a mocha frappe and I was given no receipt.
I had an issue at 1100 s grand ave. Santa Ana ca, 92705 with the manager that was working night shift on 03/20/2022 in the morning at around 01:30 am. This lady named Mayra or I’m not sure her name refused to serve me because I asked her why they were taking so long. She responded “do you want to come in and help us?” She was so rude and unprofessional because regardless of how she felt she has a business to run & decided to get in her feelings and refuse service to me. Mind you I was waiting at the drive thru for about 30 min already with many people in line. So yeah it was an inconvenience, unprofessional, & down right disrespectful.
HiWent to this McDonald's because I was coming back from my foot dr.Asked for a Sundae $$$ was hi asked for Carmel and they said I had to wait so they could melt some. Waited 5 minutes and then asked if it was ready. He went to go check came back and said no.So I asked for chocolate. He gave me avery small amount of chocolate. ???Went to my car and it spilled because the lid was not on correctly...I had a very bad experience.Sad thing they don't even give senior discounts..???????
Most of the time drive thru is closed at this location and it says op n 24 hours 5 am still close
Prices went up on everything and most the time at this location they either get my order wrong or forgot to give me something. The spicy chicken sandwich taste good though
I'm giving this McDonald's a 5 star review due to the fact that their ice cream machine always works. At least every single time that I've come here I always get a vanilla cone and it's always available. No broken machine here lol.
I love this McDonald's a nice very clean and professional atmosphere. All the high schoolers come here and when not it's still a nice place to come and work.
