They got my breakfast order wrong and gave me egg sausage and cheese instead of just the sausage and cheese without eggs the difference in price was $10 that I was charged versus the $4 that it should have ben. The good part is the manager intervened after I try to explain to an employee that I wanted my food replaced and the difference in my money refunded. The first guy working there was not really understanding. The manager replaced the sandwiches gave me the refund and gave me an extra hash browns and a large soda. So at least they made it right and did it as quick as possible
lately this location drive through it’s the worst of all ages the last time (which was about 2 weeks) it took 35min in line from start to end . im here at the moment Sunday April 17th 2022 it’s seems to be the same issue. im driving out . Mcdonald’s makes millions for not to afford to hire personal what a greedy selfish money driven careless person i charge.
Come here if u want to get ripped off . Paid $5 for large French fries for it to be half full !
The turn around time on meals is getting longer and longer. I expect McDs to be quick, cheap, and convenient. Taking 18 minutes to fulfill an order is not quick for food of this caliber.
I had a horrible experience, cashier didn’t understand what “fresh fries” meant, she offered well done and I declined and said fresh. Once I turned my back she called me rude. Out loud, very unprofessional for a paying guest. I spoke with her manager and he apologized, made me fresh fries and offered assistance if needed for my next visit. Managers name is Guirermo.
Won't return again. This place is bad. Some 20 year old behind the register told me to put on my mask I told her I didn't have one she told me that she wouldn't serve me if I don't have a mask. Then she told me to bring a mass next time. Mask don't help I'm not wearing no mask in this place.
I collect points on the McDonald's app everytime I make a purchase at McDonald's. However, this location told me that there system is down in the morning right when they open for business so I did not get to collect points on a $43 order. Either the employee was inexperienced with how to submit my order with the code i presented her from the app or this McDonald's location needs to turn there system on at the time they open up for business. I use the points when im down and out and need to grab something to eat. So i missed out on collecting points that are very important to me.
Just a regular McDonald's. But the homeless situation there is getting out of hand. One shady guy was knocking on windows asking for money IN the drive-through right after you order. Another was waiting with a sign immediately after you get your food to drive off. Not going back there until I feel safe and they remove them from harassing people.
I hate this mc Donald’s there’s this lady that works here and she’s so rude to her co workers. And the food. Here is served cold and nasty and hard I hope to never come here again
Had me wait curbside for 20 mins during my lunch break. Not apologetic at all. The crew sucks. And on top of waiting for no reason the meal was complete trash. Sloppy made cheese burger with no effort at all put into making it. Pathetic truly. Never going back to this location.
