I ordered the pork belly rice bowl. What I got was uncooked rice and overcooked pork belly. Went back to the food truck and asked him to check the rice to see if it was cooked. They said that they didn't put enough water in this batch. Wasn't offered a new batch of rice, some type of replacement, or refund. Might just be a one-off, but I will not be visiting this for truck again.

Dumplings aren't bad. I would pass on the rice dishes, not good. I feel the price doesn't justify for only 4 dumplings. I would give higher score for better value.
Good Truck; long wait for okay food. Might have been better it it was served hot or warm.
Made the trek for Bulgogi waffle fries. Had none. ?. Longanisa dumplings lacked flavor. The dipping sause was good. Too costly for six dumplings.
Yummmy dumplings! Everything was fantastic and they were super nice about my allergy concerns (vintage is dairy free). Thought I ordered fried chicken and Longaniza combo but got vintage and longaniza so sadly I didn’t get to try the fried chicken dumpling which looks amazing. The longaniza dumpling is truly amazing and if you like longaniza you will love it.
I waited today for some of the best dumplings I’ve ever tasted. It took a minute but well worth the wait. How did you do that man. Fried chicken dumpling and that sausage dumpling were both incredible. Wow!!! I wanted to eat them all but I had to bring some home just to prove to my wife these are that good. See you next week next to Bob’s Furniture. I hear you are there every week. It’s a date.
