Birria and consume were certainly good but it doesn't travel real well. Ordered through door dash with no issues but tortillas started getting a little soft and losing some of it's structural integrity by the time I ate. Next time I'll just make the drive to eat it there fresh! Got the pizzirria and the birria tour. I think you're better off just getting birria plates and quesabirria tacos.
The quesabirria tacos are by far my favorite, the cheese gets all toasty and it's THE BEST EVER with some delicious consomme. They play tons of bandas music, with a peppering of today's hits as well.It's an extremely clean place with the ability to look straight into their kitchen to check for yourself and watch the process. Clean restrooms too ??Parking is decent as well, they have a small on-site parking lot in a quiet neighborhood.Hands down one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in SoCal - DEFINITELY the best birria in town. I'd recommend to any and everyone!

It was my first time here and Joanna was super helpful by recommending the Birria tour which is a plate with two tacos and a quesabirria that is served with consome (did I mention they have hand made tortillas). All of the employees were very friendly, polite and professional. They bring out your food along with the: cilantro, diced onions, lime and salsa on the side so that you may dress your food to your liking. I asked my server Elena if the salsa that she brought out was spicy and she said " if you like it spicy I've got something for you" and brought out some chili oil and another squeeze bottle of home made salsa which was an additional touch of great customer service. The meat was very tender as was expected and the flavor was slightly above average but did not disappoint. Overall it was a great experience, they have plenty of seating: indoor and outdoor. It's kept very clean and has a great ambience with a great staff.. I will definitely be coming back when in the area and have a Berrian craving ?
Alot of talk for disappointing food. Birria was dry and flavorless. Also they are not allowed to be selling from this place. This (was) is a candy shop. never been approved to be there. So who knows in what conditions they prepare and handle the food. :/

This place has excellent food. I had the Birria burrito and it was delicious. They bring you all of the trimmings such as cilantro, onions, and a couple different salsas. Definitely recommend this place.
THIS IS THE PLACE FOR THE AUTHENTIC MEXICAN BIRRIA. FLAVOR, TEXTURE AND DELICIOUSNESS. WORTH EVERY DIME AND PENNY SPENT.
I don't eat a lot, but the birria here is very light. I had one quesabirria, and it was enough for me. Not very heavy, so I didn't go into a food coma.
