I would give this a 0 ⭐️We went around 9:50 pm when it says they close at 10pm. There was a couple that got literally a few seconds before I did & they took their order & they girl inside told me they had already close. I asked her how come she took their order & not mine? She said that when I got there the sign was off & yeah she was right but she refused to take my order when it was just seconds away from the other couple. So I left & was in my car for a few seconds looking for another ice cream place in my car when I see 2 men walking in & they took their order!! I was gonna go & complain but that’s just not me. Worst experience ever!
I went there to support the local business and they basically lied to me. I asked if they had Elote and they said no but on their website they have corn in a cup which the ingredients are the same as Elote. Maybe they didn't want to serve a white person. The lady who served me couldn't even speak English and the others were extremely hesitant to even acknowledge me.
Best service I have ever received from any Michoacana hands down. Thank you Frankie for helping us with our order. Your hard work does not go unnoticed.
They don't have a menu or a list of what they offer. So it's impossible to choose something with out asking a worker what every flavor they offer and other items like juice and fruits :/ ??
This place should change their hours it's been 3 times I come 15 min before and the employes had close already when it sais they close at 10 pm ? then a employee instead of goin up to ask if there close they ignore you even if they heer you knocking !! Rude asholes

I was very disappointed with one of you crew members his attitude and arrogance, when with got there with my family right at the door he told us that you're close but your schedule says that you close at 10 pm and it was at least 10 minutes before 10PM and people was in the store and some still on line getting icecream I think he was angry because he don't want to clean the tables or he doesn't want to be there , we understand that you have to clean and everything but we were planning to get our order for take out but his attitude and the way he said that turning the sign off when he saw us walking , I hope you're taking action with explaining to your crew members that because of the customers they have a job and hours to get pay and always the guest is a priority
