The chicken katsu was way undercooked and the portion of it was way too much, rice was wet but the macaroni salad was ok and the sauce that came with it was good too but it was a poor quality meal

If you're interested in expanding your horizons and want to try something new by bristol plaza do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME HERE. There was no customers inside and yet they still managed to take forever to give us our food. On top of that, the chicken katsu masubi wasn't even fully cooked! Also, the brown rice was inedible, kinda hard to tell in the picture but there was a white type of substance in there. Felt like I was eating mashed potatoes. In the photo I got the Lighter Garlic Shrimp and the plate was filled with greens. Honestly thought I was going to get a larger portion of shrimp for paying over $10 for the plate

Always so tasty and very filling. Thank you guys.

When I can't decide what to eat I usually end up here. They're fast and friendly. The food is always good. I usually get a bbq chicken or beef bowl that is similar to but better than Flame Broiler. The bbq chicken plate is really satisfying as well.

Really polite girls, didn't need to ask for any condiments, they offered, food was prepared quickly and cooked exactly how I asked

I was hopeful for this meal. I ordered pineapple chicken. Time to receive the order was reasonable as was the woman who took my order. The food is another thing, the chicken was very heavily battered and there was a significant amount of battered skin with no chicken, lastly there was very little pineapple. Additionally, there was a metallic taste that lingered for quite awhile. I am unsure if it was from the fry oil, or the sauce. First-time, last-time.

It was good!!!

Half & half mini: chicken katsu & BBQ chicken:The katsu was pretty good. Super crispy and the meat wasn't dry. The BBQ chicken was not bad either but something was missing, it has a nice I think teriyaki flavor but you can also taste not fresh chicken. The mac salad was alright; it kind of tastes fishy. The salad was meh and the rice was meh. The volcano sauce was like tapatio w a light soy and the katsu sauce was more like a heavy soy sauce. 3/5

The soup is tasty & nutritious.

Excellent spot for Hawaiian BBQ, I used to always come here when I worked in Irvine
