They took the order, served it, and then told us they were closing in 7 min. At 8:50 ish... RUDE. Also, they messed up the order and started mopping at 9:10 which made the place stink. Their customer service is garbage.

If I could leave 0 stars I would but unfortunately there's no option for that. I came today for dinner with my family and I found a maggot in my food. It was the most disgusting thing I've ever experienced. Never eating at any KFC again.
honestly service at this location sucks is the third time i come to this location and they always forget something on my order!!!!!! Imagine driving all the way there and coming home to find out they messed your order it was supposed to be a 5pc with fries and two sides!!

It's okay I really don't care for Kentucky at used to be good but now they just like everything's in a rush
The food was fine, however... I, and several other customers, were forced to wait 15 minutes or more for our orders, while people in the drive through were helped first. This annoyed ALL the people in the store, and I nearly asked for my $35 back instead of my food. Also? The staff hid in the back area, refused to update in-store cutomers, and showed poor customer service.
Ahh good ol KFC. I always get their pot pie because it is the best bang for your buck item on the menu.
