It's been a while since I've been to Kentucky Fried Chicken, but boy they ain't like it used to be ! those pieces of chicken were so small I thought it was in chicken nuggets, And like everything nowadays it was extremely overpriced
Drive thru order, employee not friendly at all!! Why is he talking to me like a friend??? Anyways, he told me to park in front b/c they are frying my extra crispy chicken... waited 10 minutes in the car but no one came out. So, I entered the restaurant and saw 3 employees chatting lol. One of them saw me walking in, then grabbed my order bag which was sitting on the cashier... I know restaurants are suffering from employee shortage, but these employees need to start working and be courteous to customers... if they want to play around, then do so when not working. after all, they may not get paid a lot, but they are getting paid for goofing around and being rude to customers. what a shame for KFC.
Great food but I found a hair in my chicken sandwich.
Finger licking good. They raise the price of the box, it was $5.00, now 6.99.
I am not sure what happened but I e got our normal Christmas Eve dinner and literally it had no taste- none... not the chicken not anything- we felt like we were linked!!!
Heavily understaffed. Carlos is an outstanding worker with NO support cast. 12/03/21
The restaurant inside was clean and neat, the customer service form the lady was [email protected] location we got a family pack for dinner, the food is good for the price.... ok now the negative side, the food was serviced fast but at cost of quality on the food as they have it pre-cooked and its not hot. The sides as showed we're not completely filled. They have door dash etc and drive thru for your convenience.
Foods not fresh.. bad customer service
