We have tried KFC twice at two different locations during 2022. Both times we have been disappointed. The kids opened up the chicken box and said, "what is this?The chicken legs and thigs looked more like the size of chicken wings.The taste is not like the old original 11 herbs and spices...more like salt and pepper only.We had to wait for our biscuits and even those were not fully cooked.I would have returned the entire meal, but their receipt machine was not working either, which should have been another indicator to go somewhere else.
I came here on 2/27 at 8:24pm and the lady taking my drive thru order was so rude and hostile.She cut me off mid-sentence 3 different times, would laugh in demeaning tone and continuously said, "is that it?"Never coming back here again.
