Arrived at 9:50am. Only 1 employee working. My smoothie and that of another sitting on blender while employee had to refund a customer money becauae carrot juice machine was not working. Employee toom order of next 3 guest waiting and was about to atart their orders. I asked if she could check my smoothie. Asked my name started blender agian and I advise I had ordered a cheddar twist. She popped that into the oven and poured smoothie into cup and handed to me. I say thanks ans tell her she needs more help. She said everyone schueled has called out aick. Its now 1030. Get in my vehicle, take a sip and its not my citrus squeeze but a peach perfection. The girl who ordered after me. I hope she enjoys my citrus squeeze. I'm not upset at the employee, she was doing the best she could alone. This is a two employee deal. Where was management?

Ordered an Açaí Bowl looked appealing until I noticed the Old Banana as pictured below.This is unacceptable to say the least especially for Jamba Juice. If this were Newport Beach the banana would of been thrown away Not given to a Customer. Definitely Not coming here again.
Worst customer service, I ordered a chunky strawberry acai bowl it looked chunky alright without the strawberries, Bananas, and Granola the taste was butter and mostly ice in it never again first and last time I go there I’ll stick to the Jumba juice in orange smh

An employee by the name of Joshua delivered poor service to my mother who tried ordering an Acai bowl. He was rude and filled the bowl less than half way with actual Acai. Another costumer even took notice of the sad looking bowl so she bought and gave my mom another one after seeing his response. It shouldn’t be up to other costumers to fix the mistakes of employees that shouldn’t have occurred to begin with.
Love Jamba and the staff here is always super friendly. My favorite one around my area
