Don't come here at 3:30am. They will give you stale buns that aren't edible. I barely ate half of my order. And WARM RANCH! Stop with the warm ranch, it makes people sick. I know it's faster to keep them by the window but they are kept in the refrigerator for a reason. STOP handing out WARM RANCH! And it's not hard to check if the bun is soft or if it will break glass, seriously. The girl with pink hair at the window took several minutes to even say anything at the order screen, then said nothing at the window. Took my card right after making someone's milkshake without changing gloves or wiping her gloves with a towel. I'm grossed out my this whole experience. I feel sick.

This was so awful. My fiancé and I stopped to get breakfast at 5am and were told they were closed for ten minutes, odd because it’s 24 hours… so I pulled around to wait in the drive thru for them to open and security was called by them. Omg. We are CUSTOMERS!!!! After speaking with security I pulled around to order and was met with a very rude employee who was not apologetic at all. By this time there were three more cars behind me waiting as well and one had just given up and drove off. We were on our way to work. What a terrible way to start our day. SO many reviews have been written… what gets done about this?
WORST PLACE EVER! There’s always an issue @ this location. Whatever you order they always make you wait a ridiculous amount of time. Their employees don’t know squat about customer service & they somehow think it’s okay to CLOSE while people are waiting in line without giving any legitimate reason when they’re suppose open 24/7! Beyond unprofessional. This place should be cleaned out. All their employees are total trash.
If you want cold and slow service this is your spot meanwhile your waiting for your order the cooks and others are laughing and playing around!! The food is gross completely not cooked and got my order wrong so if you like a horrible place to eat at this is your spot
This is supposed to be a 24hr jack in the box.. but the women with the blue hair decided it’s not and purposely ignored us even after pulling up to the window. Second negative encounter with her.. she obviously hates her job.
This morning my wife went this place of course to buy food, while waiting she went to the restroom. She didnt know the the cleaning lady mop the floor.When she went out of the restroom she fell on the floor. The staff of Jack in the box did not help her & doesnt care what happened to her.Only the customers that help her stand up.Only when she fell on the floor , the cleaning lady said that the floor was wet & start drying the the floor & blamed the shoes of my wife!!!!!!!Very horrible!!!!! no compassion!!!! The manage & staff are stupid!!!!!
Oh man, where do I begin? The staff is completely incompetent to the fullest extent. 9/10 times they take too long to make the food and to take your order. This is especially true with the night shift. Today we got stale fries, the wrong drink, delayed service, they gave me two tacos instead of four, and of course there’s no taco sauce. Literally useless and they’re so rude. I’m never coming back. I’ve been coming for 20 years now but I guess that’s all over now. This is the last straw.
Went today with my siblings and boy , the cashier that was covering for the other cashier name Erick, she had glitter pinkish eyeshadow and brownish blondish hair she was so rude to my sister. My sister ordered two sandwiches but the lady only mark down one ,when my sister told her "2" . The lady was giving her attitude and told my sister " no you only said 1" . Then she told my sister with attitude " are you gonna pay for that " it sounded like she was looking down at my sister, she was very rude and unprofessional. She was using her phone and then she started to pack the food without changing gloves. Never felt such rudeness in this place until today won't be going back again, I'm also gonna tell my friends not to go to this jack.
Their drive -thru is slow af after 1am. I've literally have been waiting in the drive-thru line for 45 mins. And they haven't taken my order yet. This is ridiculous!
