Messed up our order late at night even gave the wrong receipt. But went for breakfast the next day and they fixed it.We enjoy Jack in the box. Wasn't a huge issue.
Don't order delivery, you don't get what you order and getting anyone on the phone is impossible. Paid $40+ for a couple sandwiches and an couple egg rolls.....would have been nice to have our entire meal. The deliver person barely even knocked, had they done as requested in the app I could have 1. Told them they were missing things and 2. Given them the cash tip I had waiting, but they dropped and legit ran cause the hallway was empty.
They made me pull back my car for unknown reasons. I had to go in reverse with my window open in the rain. The girl taking orders was mad when I came back forward to pick up my food (which wasn't there) and my credit card which she pulled away and asked why I was filming
I Ask For Sauces Hot sauce ketchup and ranch the guy on the window told me oh all Sauces are in the bag when I open my bag there was no single sauce of anything ??? bad service people should never go buy food there

We bought a lot of food for me my girlfriend and my dog and it was all super good. The bummer was the guy was so overwhelmed by our order that we had to go through it a couple times because when he says "is this correct on the screen?" I said no at least three or four times and had to kind of do like a mini groundhog Day to make sure everything was on there.. kind of shot myself in the foot because the "groundhog" workin the Drive-Thru saw his own shadow and forgot my chocolate cake, lol. total bust! But otherwise Jack in the Box is always bomb and we munched it all down ... Super good??
Why would a restaurant offer cheddar cheese bread burgers Promotion and not have cheddar cheese breads available weeks on end? Such bait & switch tactics at this location is sad
I love their chicken sandwiches and their tacos are the best deal on the menu. Highly recommend.

I can't complain about the staff here they always get my order right and get me my food very fast.The only reason why I gave a 4 star is because the amount of homeless that hang out around the drive-through.
