My experience at the jack in box was not good my order was mixed up I order a ultimate cheeseburger Sandra gave me a kids cheeseburger and I order again to order ultimate burger I got bacon ultimate cheeseburger mixed up my order again. I ask what was her name Sandra said I don’t have a name she close the window on me and told me to go away also on the receipt says oscar that was not the person who attended me
The Jack in the box from Bristol and civic center has the worst service it was horrible I went to get my kid food and they said they weren’t accepting cash only card. As I was leaving the cashier told me that she would let me pay with cash but I wouldn’t get my change back and only the dollars bills. I said it was fine and after waiting for about half an hour my order was called and I went to go pay I gave her 50 dollars and she tried passing them through the device it wouldn’t work, any bill I would give her was rejecting by the machine. I asked if there was any other way to check the bill and she said no. She told me that she wasn’t going to sell me the food because the machine she was using didn’t work. I waited for half an hour with horrible customer service but I overlooked it just to get my kid something to eat and ended up with nothing. They refused to sell me the food or find any other alternative. I didn’t have my card on me so paying with it wasn’t a choice. I went to another restaurant and with that fifty dollar bill that wouldn’t go through in jack in the box I payed with, in McDonald’s it went through…
Ordered doordash and my whole order was incomplete!!! Called the store plenty of times and all my calls were declined/ignored!!! Soooo unprofessional!! Check your dam orders and make sure the whole order is in there! Paid $32 worth of food & only got 2 cheeseburgers in my bag. Plus the food wasnt even tasty at all. Cold patties. Disgusting!
They forgot to put my patty in my jumbo jack so now I'm hungry and I like beef burgers not veggie burgers gggggrrrrrrrrr
Just passed through drive thru to order a coffee and decided to upgrade to a bf combo and the hash-brown was super cold i asked for sugar n cream for my coffee did not get any i get to work wanting to drink it and to my surprise no sugar no cream which that was the main reason to stop by! Honestly people should pat attention to the orders is not nice that they are talking and having fun giving orders wrong because of that we are paying for a service to be done right!
Need my refund crew member is so rude and on their phones they expected for me to wait for my order bad attitude .. I did not want my order if I had to wait and I wanted a refund but they took so long to attend me so I left ..
It's Jack in the Box, decent food for decent prices. Location is nice as well if you're coming from SAC or any of the surrounding businesses. Love the fancy digital soda fountain, that always makes ordering a drink way more appealing when you can infuse different flavours into it.
