It actually is insane how I can go into a diner like I-HOP with little to no expectations and still be disappointed. It took about 5 minutes to get seated, which isn't much of an issue. We are then waiting for someone to take our order, which takes another 10 minutes of waiting. Our order was for an order of strawberry crepes and a breakfast platter. We proceed to wait a full hour for the food in a near empty building. The only reason we actually got the food was because I talked to the manager of the diner. Honestly, if I had the chance of knowing the order was going to take an hour, I'd have gone the jack in the box next door for cheaper food and quicker service. Absolute clowns are running this place.
Totally bad luck, they forgot our order, because the restaurant was empty and our food was like it was been prepared in slow motion, we order an omelet and all you can eat pancakes we spend just in this breakfast almost 40 dollars oh! and coffee too much I was really disappointed I love IHOP and it was a while since I visited one I will not go back to that location for sure the guys were just standing talking didn't even bother to ask if everything was OK, even to pay the check I have to wait for someone !!no!!I just put the money next to the register and walked out sorry
Great service! Food was served quickly and everything was delicious. It's a very quiet location. Not too crowded.
Their hash browns and pancakes are a whole lot better than Denny's it's always the service
It's IHOP. The food is the same no matter what I IHOP I've been to. This IHOP though has to train the servers to do better. I've been there a few times the last couple of months and for some reason the servers never bother to follow-up with you after they bring your food. I've had to flag them down for my check or for a refill. I know it's not just me since I've seen it happen to other customers.
The servicewas to slow. The place was dirty the Tabasco sauce bottles were the dirtiest I've ever seen and the bathrooms were filthy. The food was okay but it looked like they were rationing out the hash browns.
Our server was very nice and offered fresh coffee often and was very nice dispite being very busy.
Really good place to enjoy some breakfast but oh man they take forever to let you in 45 minutes that's a joke.Think twice before coming in here.
I liked the place, bf was served little late but it was delicious. Crepes were yummy
Super Slow Service......SUPER SLOW. I understand that limited staff and capacity, but our waitress Angelica (read her name tag) walked by us multiple times and never acknowledged us. Then after 20+ mins she finally found our table and never introduced herself or asked if we needed any refills or sorry for the wait. The manager was very nice and understanding as we expressed that other tables that were seated after us had already received their food and were eating away. I couldnt take it any longer and being ignored by our waitress, so we decided to leave. If it's bad from the start, the rest of the service and food isn't going to work. We offered to pay for our drinks after cancelling our order, but the manager was kind enough to comp our drinks. Sorry to say, that this will be my last time going to IHOP. I use to love that place and it's terrible that their service is so terrible. I wish them the best of luck, but not with my money.
