There was a male staff that had excellent service. Really make you feel warm and welcomed.Food is good of course
The wait time to get in and be seated was no problem, it's understandable and common however when we did get a table the people next to us got seated first and I could see they hadn't even been given any drinks yet by this time 10-15 has passed and still hadn't been greeted by a server. So my table of 2 adult and 1 child , we asked to be moved into another section where we had gotten better service now and our orders finally taken. Our food was brought out in good timing. The WORST part of my experience was my plate! I ordered 6 pieces classic french toast. It was UNDER COOKED! Still MUSHY from the EGG ! Our server tells us she's clocking out and introduced us to our new waitress. Which we never seen by the time we were done eating so I had to pick at my plate to find anything edible, I could only eat the crust
We ordered over the phone to pick it up. The order was ready on time but wasn't right. I wasn't there during the order process, so I don't know where communication broke down, but after seeing the bill I did notice that they charged most of the items alacarte when there were premade combos with the same items. 10 to 12 dollars difference in the price. As far as the food it self was great everything was hot and tasted good. Props to the cooks. So take from this what you will. I myself will go back. I will pay a little closer attention
Came in with my family, party of 5; and we got seated right away. However, when we sat down and ordered drinks with the meals it took forever it seemed like to receive our drinks. Top things off, our appetizer didn't come before the meal. It came WITH the meal. I ordered a delicious spinach and mushroom omelette only to feel a CRUNCH in my front teeth. When I spit it out, I thought at first it was my tooth. It was, actually, A PIECE OF GLASS from the GRILL. Brought it to the attention of the server and they replaced it with a new omelette but I totally lost my appetite. They really should be cleaning the grill after EVERY MEAL that's cooked.
We came in party of 3 on a slow day and restaurant was half empty only about 2 booths occupied already served and we sat and waitress took our drink orders. She came back with our drinks and we ordered an appetizer along with our food. 30 mins passed no food yet or anyone to come check on us. A family of 4 came and sat next booth to us and same waitress got their drinks and order. About 20 mins later they recieved their food!!I called over the waitress after she served them and I told her that I didnt want to be a bleep but why did they got served already when we were here first and waiting for over 30 mins!!!NOT EVEN BUSY!!!She apologized and 5 mins later she brought our food along with our appetizer. Point of appetizer was to bring it first while we waited. She brought it along with our main food which was so stupid.Our $18 omelettes were cold and I had asked mine with avocado on top. She came back 3 mins later with a small plate of avocado on a piece of lettuce. Terrible service for a $92 bill. With everything going up you expect some decent service. Tipped her $1. This IHOP needs to be looked at in hiring new staff. No wonder this place is always empty and yet they cannot be quick to service you.Never eating here again!!
I little expensive for college students but the food was amazing! Better to go during happy hours for lowered prices.

My family and I came to eat here and my dad ordered the plate that comes with egg ham and hash brown and when they brought the food his ham was so cold and my mom ordered the same thing but bacon instead and her bacon was raw and they took it back and took forever to bring back the food. I ordered strawberry crapes and it wasn’t even good I’ve always get this but this time it tasted like EGG EGG like if it was egg with cream. Would not come again here smh.
I came here to eat with my mom in the morning and we both can’t stop throwing up all day after eating here. We have horrible food poisoning. I would avoid this restaurant as much as possible. The food was also very underwhelming, not worth getting food poisoning from.
My wife and I was waiting for service to be seated and their were people who came in before and after us and they seated them right away. They told us they would be right back to serve us and we waited for a long time and walked out of the restaurant. We went somewhere else to eat. I don't like for people to waste my time, if IHOP wants better service, get rid of the bygones and hire real people!!
