Had dinner here on 6/2/22 for happy hour since kids eat for free. The food was ok. Was looking forward to a nice hot coffee to go along pancakes, however, it was cold. Asked for more coffee but there was no difference. I think it was due to it being in a thermal carafe instead of the coffee being freshly made. At least the waitress was nice and pancakes were decent.
Yesterday, my husband and I went to this place to celebrate our kid’s graduation. 1) we waited like 30 minutes to get inside, 2) IHOP has no enough personnel to attend all the costumers that were inside, 3) the waiter couldn’t handle the situation with more than one costumer and didn’t take our order correctly, he was a mess. We had to pay a lot of money for a poor service, waited more than enough time and the food wasn’t even good. I think we are not going back to this one. ?
Great food! Prices are convenient for seniors and all. Servers are awesome! What else is there? Oh! Yeah! Cleanliness. Everything is really clean
Man this restaurant has the best waiter i ever seen. His name is Tony he is do funny and he gives a great service. The food was perfect.
Late night since my toddler slept a lot during the day. Decided to go get some early breakfast or late night night snack. 3am so weird timing. Waiter brushed me off. I said table for 2 with high chair. He wanted to place me in a booth next to some really loud people. I asked for somewhere a bit more quiet he mumbled under his mask and walked away. Didn't come back. My toddler found a seat and started dumping the salt shaker and then almost fell head first on the floor from the seat. I caught her inch before hitting the ground. She's been crying for the last 10 minutes. We are now pretty hungry. Im sick of driving. This is the second place we drove because the Dennys 7 miles away looked concerning. It was next to a shady hotel. Can't say I'm Surprised by the service. Humanity in general has taken a downturn since this whole covid propaganda. Cali is doomed anyway, been heading down the path of communism for many years now.
came here in a large group and i never got my food. 45 minutes passed and the 40 people i was with all received their food & finished eating while i sat here angry and hungry. I am still angry… and hungry. Don’t come here.
So my parents and I came to this place when they called us and sat down they left and after 20 minutes they came, took down what we wanted to drink then another 20 minutes passed and took our order. Many minutes passed by and they still haven’t brought us our drink ( which was coffee) they ended up bringing the coffee after they brought us our food. Worst experience ever would never come again..smh
Clean. Great customer service and after three a happy hour menu with discounted coffee and food. Still the best pancakes and eggs!

Good was great server was good but it's hard to believe that ihop only had one server at night with so many guests.I hope he's paid well cause even tho i know the service easy slow it wasn't his fault he's only one man with about 15 to 20 guests.
