This was a great experience! Fernando (at least I think that was his name? Forgive me if I'm wrong amigo!) Was really fun! He stopped by and made sure we were good constantly and kept us happy! Food was a little bit pricy, but very good! Tamales were to die for, really good pork ones! Would highly recommend!
The personnel is very kind with the customers. The food is very good. Tastes delicious. Is kind of a home style breakfast. The Chef is involved in all aspects of the business and if he is not busy, greets you when you arrive, says goodbye when you leave, charges you at the register when you want to pay, and gives you an answer to all the questions you may have. The food is at your table very quickly, at the right temperature, right condimented. Coffee is kind of strong but is good. I'm giving it four stars because today was my last visit to this place (me and my family drive all the way from Los Angeles), since we were surprised for the new prices. A cooked serrano chile costs $1.80, a single waffle with apple sauce costs $13, a side order of hashbrowns costs $4.50, and the list goes on and on. At least on Fridays they close at 3 pm, has parking available for free and has restrooms. No need of reservation or waiting to be seated.
The establishment is clean and the waiters’ were pleasant to us. Didn’t expect much from the food but I felt very satisfied. The order was fresh, hot, and flavorful.Got a strawberry milkshake and my friend complimented the “authentic” strawberry taste and thick texture.
Huge menu, great food quality, A+ service
Hands down the best tamales I've ever had. I know that's odd to hear about a place called I Heart Pancakes, but my wife and I have been talking about them for the last two days. I ordered their chicken fajita omelette which came with a side of grilled serano peppers. Wow. What a dish. Everything was cooked perfectly, and those peppers added such an amazing heat. Now, the pancakes... Fluffy and delicious. Their blueberry pancakes are stuffed with berries. Absolutely would recommend. The staff was super friendly. I have to give a shout out to the kitchen staff for making one of the best breakfasts I've ever had in a long time.
Great food, good service, good prices. Had the pumpkin pancakes and was very pleasantly surprised. Wife tried the stuffed french toast (which they had to make twice) instead of her usual cinnamon roll waffles (which she loves) and wasn't impressed.
The staff was nice but the place is all run down, which REALLY makes it unwelcoming and somewhere u would NOT want to return. Breakfast was like what u would get from ihop or Denny's but nothing seemed fresh. Sorry, but can't get over rug, ceiling panels, decor, etc. that makes it look like demo the place. Better yet demo the whole center and start over with a new center, since all the businesses here look run down!
Holy Moly was that breakfast good. I had the meat lovers omelette, and what made theirs unique was that they added shredded beef that was oh so marinated perfectly and I got it with pancakes that were oh so fluffy and yummy. For sure going back
Good food even better customer service. Everytime we go there we get treated very well and with fast service, not only from our waitress but other employees as well. The food could be better, only reason for 4 stars rather than 5.
I love it here at this mom and pop restaurant!! Every time I have gone to eat here it has been busy. The servers always have enough room to seat you so no need for a reservation. All the employees are super friendly and welcoming. This place has the best pancakes, they taste homemade not the mix. They are fluffy and buttery! The prices are so affordable for the amount of food given. I Heart Pancakes is a delightful restaurant for everyone. Come by and fall in love with their restaurant too!
