Very unprofessional business.I called to make an order for a party and they told me to text my order so I did. We confirmed it will be picked up the next day at a certain time. My husband picks up my order and they didn't have my order and gave him a different order. The cashier said the person that takes orders isn't there therefore they didn't have my order ready. I told them I made an order the day before (text) so it should've been ready for the party. They refused to refund the wrong order. And we didn't have time to wait for the new order so we left. Very unprofessional, what's the point of taking orders if they won't be ready or even relayed to the working staff ? Own up to your errors and be professional.
