Food was terrible! Service was probably the worst I have ever had. I had to repeat order 7 times loudly. It took 20 minutes to service us while standing at the counter while they talked. I was told Cash only or eat somewhere else; kids' food was overcooked like it was toasted 3 times over, asked for a knife, and that took 10 minutes alone. I ended up 40 minutes at this Dunkin, which is unexpected for a Dunkin Donuts just terrible Service!

First time going to dunkin(I like supporting locals but had a gift card)The girl that attended us seemed new and was nice. But the other ladies working there bringing their stress to work werent. I asked if they had turkey bacon and the new girl didnt know and asked the other workers. One came and looked at me confused and with an annoying voice said we have turkey sausage. While we were ordering(our gift card was $30)and figuring out what we can afford since they were accepting cash only. We cancelled a drink then the workers made little comments in spanish(that I understood) keep in mind we haven't even paid yet. Currently eating the food and I'm sorry but straight trash! Don't come here if your having a bad day or a male sadly.BACK TO SUPPORTING LOCALS WORST DUNKIN STALENUT EVER.

They have 2 doors, the one in the back was locked, I had to go around to the front door. I got in, and there was this couple waiting for several minutes. No one was behind the counter. I waited a minute and had to bang the counter for someone to come out. I order 3 drinks and some doughnuts. They didn't have doughnuts. I told the poor girl. So I have to go to 7 ELEVEN to get doughnuts, becauseDukin' Donuts don't have any??...

I loved the customer service. The cashier was friendly and made me feel welcomed. However the donuts where dry.?? It was a bummer because I was craving some delicious, fresh, soft donuts. ??This is the 4th time that I have gone there in a period of at least 3 years and the four times this has happened. So there is no way I am going back a fith time. I am sorry Dunkin Donuts??

It's okay the service is okay, still trying to figure out if they allow in-store pick up after ordering on the app. Seems like we have to wait in the drive thru line for mobile orders...

Maple is our favorite , same for the filled donuts and sprinkles as well. We are not fond of their cake batter donuts and in regards of their coffee black is the way to go with the donuts. Tried their latte and other so called specialties coffee and all of them tasted 'powdery' and overly sweet. Savory breakfast is decent such as the egg bites with bacon as well as their wrap, both were small, ideal for a fast bite on the run. The staff wasn't having a great day when we last visited and we had to clean the table and chairs of crumbs, sugar and sticky residues.

The worse customer service ever! The woman taking my order was very rude and she wouldn’t let me finish my order when there was no body behind me in through the drive thru line , she cut me off and sent me to the window to pay!!! Horrible customer service !!! need better workers !

It was okay! They don't have the Vegetarian sandwichs anymore, at least not at this one! Even small chains like Dunkin' need to understand the art of cooking a small sandwich....for the most part it was okay at least for me. ? Life does indeed move on! ?

Simple order took too long got hashbrowns that were ice cold like they couldn't be bothered to actually cook them very disappointing

Literally the worst bacon ever. I know it comes to them precooked but put a little effort into it. It is 95% fat and they barely heat it up just giving you a soggy heap of fat. Cook it till it's extra crispy. Yes, it takes another minute but if it's on the menu it should be edible.
